Chapter 7: Aponia

After the 2 hour long game of tag.

"Hahh...That was fun for the first time in a while." Kevin said, Su and Kalpas, along with kosma nodded in agrement.

"Indeed It was, It's been such a while since I could let go of my worries and play." Elysia said. Eden also nodded in agreement.

"you...guys...got...so much stamina...." Y/N said, who was completely drained of his stamina after running for 2 hours, and laying down on the grass which somehow isn't burnt or frozen by kalpas and kevin.

"Come to think of it...I haven't met the other four flamechasers yet...Vill V, Pardofelis, Mobius and...Aponia? Wait shit, How could i forget that aponia is a flamechaser too... I'll have to meet her."
Y/N mumbled to himself.

"ALRIGHT! Since we all have worked up an appetite, I'll be cooking up a meal for everyone." Kalpas proclaimed.

"HELL YEAH! KALPAS' COOKING IS ALWAYS GOOD!" Y/N said.

"You know how to cook??" Kevin asked kalpas, Su, kosma, elysia and Eden also looked confused on kalpas's statement.

"Oh come on gordon don't tell me that you've never cooked for your fellow flamechasers..." Y/N sighed and said to kalpas.

"After you tried to sacrifice yourself back in sundown alley, I had never cooked again. After becoming a flamechaser i thought i would never cook, since i thought you died." Kalpas calmly said, how rare.

"I see...Well then, Show them what you got, You gordon ramsay!" Y/N cackled a bit

"Ofcourse!"

"Actually, Kalpas, Can you make two more portions? I'm gonna call sakura and aponia.". Y/N asked kalpas.

"Alright, Though Y/N I do have to say something about aponia." Kalpas said to Y/N. It appears something is hidden.

"What is it?" Y/N asked.

"After you had sacrificed yourself and gotten stabbed in the guts, Aponia was hurt, very badly. She was crying out your name. She even tried to help you when she saw that. But sakura and me pulled her back. Now after becoming a flamechaser, she stays in solitude in a place called "The Deep Dark." Only Sakura, Su, Elysia and Eden are allowed there. Because the deep dark is completely aponia's territory. If you're going to see aponia, take someone with you." Kalpas told Y/N about some important events.

"Thank you kalpas, for holding her back. If you hadn't then my sacrifice would've been for nothing. I'm glad all three of you survived in the end."

"You're welcome, Now go, I'll begin cooking in a bit after shopping for ingredients, Also since your room is large enough to have 16 people in it, I'll cook there. So when you're done, Go to your room, I'll start cooking for real after you're back." Kalpas looked away and left the large playground.

"Alright." Y/N agreed.

Y/N went to elysia and eden.

"Lady Eden, Ely, Can you help me meet aponia?" Y/N asked the both of them.

"Meeting aponia? Alright, We'll escort you there." Elysia said to Y/N. "Isn't that right, eden~"

"Ofcourse, We overheard your conversation, If you can make aponia come out after such a while, then I'll be happy. She is always sad for some reason, and she keeps talking about how you were such a great person..."
Eden continued on for a bit.

"But anyways, Lets go!" Eden said.

Y/N started following Elysia and Eden.

After 10 minutes of walking, They're at the door of the deep dark.

Y/N walks inside along with eden and elysia.

On Y/N's right side is elysia and on the left side is eden.

The area gets immensely darker after walking for 3 minutes, Eden swings her hand and the darkness resets.
After a repeating of this for 7 more minutes, they arrive at the barred door. Behind which was a girl in a nun's outfit, whose eyes were closed.

It's aponia. Y/N thought to himself. He knew very well how aponia looked like.

"Is that you, Elysia and Eden?" Aponia said from behind the door.

"Yes It's us, aponia~" Elysia, in her flirty tone, said.

"Hello, aponia." Eden said.

"Hi there eden." Aponia replied back to eden.

"Though~ we aren't the only ones here you know~" Elysia winked at Y/N, And eden also nodded at Y/N, signifying that it's his turn.

"...Aponia, Is that you?" Y/N said, in a bit of a happy tone.

As soon as aponia heard Y/Ns voice, A large lightning strike fell down on thr entire barred door. Completely turning it into liquid metal and ashes.

Running sounds could be heard. Aponia was running towards... Y/N?

The three blinked. As soon as Y/N opened his eyes, He felt a impact on his whole body. Aponia had hugged him instantly, and both of them fell down. Tears could be seen falling from Aponia's Eyes.

"Y-Y/N... It's you!" Aponia is sobbing. "I thought you had died...You were lying there...as if you had died! Y/N!!"

Elysia and eden are as shocked as can be. This was the first time they'd seen aponia act this way and the first time they saw her cry frantically. They felt happy for aponia, but deep down, they felt a bit jealous. They didn't say anything, but had a strong urge to say something.

"Yes it's me aponia, I'm so glad you're alright."

Aponia is not holding back her emotions at all and is crying very much. She missed Y/N from the bottom of her heart, because he is the only one who ever talked to her, and her first friend, and also the one that saved her life back in sundown alley.

"Alright alright aponia, can you let me go no-" Before Y/n could finish, Aponia said something first.

"NO!! I'll never let you go again! You're gonna do something rash again and sacrifice yourself again!"

Y/N at that point, had gave up. He looked at eden and Elysia, Hoping that they would help. But they, with their psychotic smiles, just sat there and watched.

BETRAYERSSSSS- y/n mumbled a bit.

After 15 minutes or so of calming Aponia down.

"You don't need to worry Aponia, I'm alive and well you know!" Y/N hit his chest with his fist.r

Aponia was covering her face, which was flushed from crying so much, and she was blushing intensely after realising eden and Elysia saw her act throughly.

"Let's go to my room, shall we? Kalpas is waiting for us. Lady eden, could you take Aponia there? I still have to talk to Sakura.

"Alright, Good luck Y/N!" Eden cheerfully said. Seems like she's happy to be talking to a flushed Aponia.

"Well then, let's go get Sakura, shall we Ely?" Y/N said.

"Ofcourse!"
