Interrogation

(Eden POV)

It had been a few days when the Brotherhood surrendered to us and on the process of being interrogated. During that time, I managed to make sure I could walk, run, and even crouch. The Doctors said I was preforming faster then they intend and decided to let me go, but told me to keep it easy.

As I entered the interrogation room, my gaze fell upon the captured Brotherhood soldiers seated before me. They looked defiant yet weary, their armor stripped away, leaving them vulnerable and exposed (only their armor off Perverts).

"Welcome, brothers." I said, my tone calm yet authoritative. "I trust you understand the gravity of your situation. You are now in Enclave custody, and we have questions that need answering."

I glanced at my interrogators, who stood ready to extract the information we needed. They were skilled in their craft, trained to elicit the truth through a combination of psychological tactics and subtle manipulation.

"Let us begin." I continued, gesturing for the interrogation to commence. "Cooperate, and perhaps we can find a resolution that benefits us all. Resist, and you will find yourselves facing a far less forgiving fate."

"First off, let's go easy, your names." One of my interrogators asked the captured Brotherhood members.

The Brotherhood members exchanged wary glances before one of them spoke up, his voice filled with defiance. "I am Paladin Gregor, of the Brotherhood of Steel." he declared, his tone firm despite the circumstances.

The interrogator nodded, jotting down the name before turning to the next captive. "And you?" they prompted, their demeanor calm yet insistent.

"Eldar Lyons, next to me is Eldar McNamara and next to him is my daughter, Sarah Lyons." Eldar Lyons stated.

The interrogator noted down the names, their significance not lost on them. "Thank you," they said, acknowledging the information before moving on to the next captive. "And you?" they asked, addressing the remaining Brotherhood members awaiting interrogation.

The Interrogation goes on for a few minutes before all the names were written down by the interrogators.

"Tell us why are you here? You certainly didn't fire a shot, unlike the Paladin who first landed here." The Interrogator asked.

"We were sent here by Elder Lyons to investigate reports of Enclave activity in the area." Eldar McNamara replied. "Our initial plan was to assess the situation and determine the threat level posed by the Enclave presence."

"I see." The Interrogator nodded. "But how did you found out? We never sent anyone back in the West." They asked.

"We received intelligence from our sources in the Mojave Wasteland." Eldar Lyons explained. "Reports suggested that the Enclave had established a significant presence in the Capital Wasteland, prompting us to investigate further."

"So, the Purist went there." I muttered to my interrogators, who nodded silently.

"Okay, next one. Did Casdin was your member?" The Interrogator continued his question.

Eldar McNamara stepped forward to answer. "Casdin was a member of the Brotherhood, but he and his followers broke away from our ranks when we were discussing on how to confront you. They formed a splinter group known as the Outcasts, who have had little contact with the main Brotherhood ever since."

I nodded at that, so this was similar to the original timeline, but when he heard the Enclave was back because of the Purist, he split off.

"I think that's all for now Gentlemen. Please go back to your cells when we discuss this." I told them as Metro Police SWAT took them away.
