Argyle's pizza van drove up to the entrance of Rink-O-Mania, the three teenagers hopping out if the car. Mike and El instantly connected their hands, Will trailing along behind them.

"Hey, Will." Jonathan called out to Will, "We'll be back at six. Have fun, okay?" He smiled.

". . .Okay." Will replied flatly.

As the three walked in the loud music filled their ears, the song 'You Spin Me Round (Like a Record)' blasting over the speakers. They could see people wearing brightly coloured clothes skating and doing cool tricks on the rink. As they continued to look around they could see people playing arcade games, some of them wrestling and some of them doing air hockey.

The three went over to the counter and got some skates.

"Have fun." The woman smiled as she handed the three their roller skates.

"Thanks." El smiled, all of them picking up their skates and beginning to walk over to a small seat so that they could put them on.

"Bitchin', right?" She grinned.

"Yeah, bitchin'. Do you come here a lot?" He asked.

"Yeah." El smiled.

"No." Will answered truthfully, his head darting over to El as he heard her answer.

"Will does not, but I go to parties here." El lied, Will frowning and looking down at her.

"No--" Will tried, before being cut off.

"It's a big party place." She smiled, placing a gentle hand on Mike's shoulder.

The three sat down on the small bench, all of them about to put on their skates before El stopped them.

"Oh, I forgot, you need socks." She remembered, Mike looking up at her as she spoke.

"Oh shit." He spoke, looking around as he wasn't sure what to do.

"They- They sell them at the counter." Will told him.

"Oh, okay." Mike nodded, quickly getting up and going over to the counter to grab some.

Will and El sat in silence for a moment, El smiling as she watched Mike walk off, just generally happy about their whole day.

"How'd you forget about the socks? I mean, since you come here all the time." Will sassed, El looking over at him and frowning.

"I- I don't know. . . I just forgot." El frowned, looking down and continuing to put on her skates.

"Right." Will dead panned, the two of them sitting in uncomfortable silence for a moment before Will spoke up again.

"Why do you keep lying?" He asked, sounding exasperated.

". . .What?" El paused, looking over at him.

"Why do you keep lying to Mike?" Will repeated.

"I'm not lying." She frowned, getting a little bit defensive.

"You're not?" Will scoffed, "You're friends with Angela and Stacy and you come to parties here?" He repeated her words, obviously irritated.

"I have been to a party here." She tried to defend herself.

"For mum's work! That's not what you implied." Will scowled.

"I just-. . . I don't think Mike's gonna like that you're lying to him. And he doesn't deserve that. And when he finds out, he's gonna be mad.

El just stayed silent and stared down at the ground, Will sighing softly and looking at her. Mike appeared back and sat between them both, a stupid smile on his face as he sat down.

"Okay, so, I asked for vomit green and I got vomit green! Isn't that awesome?" He grinned.

El let out a small giggle at his stupid joke but Will just sat there and looked at him before turning away and putting on his skates. El frowned slightly as she shifted in her seat uncomfortably, Will's words replaying in her head.

Would Mike be mad at her?

She ignored any horrible thoughts she had and just got up and brought Mike over to the ring, the three of them beginning to skate, Mike and El holding hands.

"Ah, I'm so bad at this, I'm like Bambi on ice!" He chuckled nervously, El giggling and shaking her head.

"No, you're good! You got this!" She laughed, Mike nodding and letting out a small okay. El let out a small whoop and began skating faster, leaving Will behing.

Will watched the two from far away, a small frown on his face as he skated on his own. He tried hiding his sadness though it didn't really seem to work as he saw El looking at him from a distance with a small and almost unnoticeable frown on her face.

While the three were skating four familiar faces walked in, the blonde one gasping and letting out a small snicker as she saw the three on the ice.

"Oh my God, guys. Check it out." She grinned, tilting her head towards the rink.

All of their eyes landed on Mike and Eleven, all of them grinning and looking at the pair.

"Who's that twig with her?" Jake scoffed, the other boy chuckling.

"I don't know. But it seems like the snitch has a boyfriend." She grinned, a satisfied grin forming on her face.

"Told you spring breaks gonna be fun." Jake spoke again, him and the blonde boy sharing a cheeky look.
