From the moment Jake stepped foot into the school, he sensed the weight of Sunghoon's threat looming over him like a dark stormy cloud. Determined to make his life a living hell, Sunghoon wasted no time in unleashing his cruelty upon Jake. At first, it was just subtle taunts and mocking glances in the hallway. Jake would catch Sunghoon's sneer as he passed by, a silent promise of the torment to come. But soon, the torment escalated, evolving into a relentless barrage of bullying that invaded every aspect of Jake's life. It started innocently enough, with Jake finding himself tripped in the hallyways, his books scattering across the floor as laughter echoed around him. At first, Jake tried to brush it off, chalking it up to clumsy missteps. But as the incidents became more frequent, he couldn't deny the deliberate malice behind Sunghoon's actions.
Then came the cruel pranks. Jake would be minding his own business, lost in thought, when suddenly a bunch of water would drench him from head to toe. The cold shock would send shivers down his spine as laughter erupted from the surrounding crowd, their mocking jeers echoing in his ears. But it was the physical violence that left the deepest scars. One day, Sunghoon cornered Jake in a deserted hallway, his fists clenched and eyes glinting with malice. Without warning, he lashed out, delivering blow after blow until Jake crumpled to the ground, bruised and battered.
As Jake lied there, gasping for breath, he felt a surge of anger and frustration wash over him. How could someone be so cruel? What had he ever done to deserve this treatment? But as the pain subsided and the bruises began to fade, Jake refused to let Sunghoon break him. With each act of cruelty, Jake found strength in the support of friends like Heeseung, who stood by his side through it all. They offered words of encouragement and a shoulder to lean on, reminding Jake that he was not alone in his struggle. Heeseung was actually good friends with Sunghoon and always tried to stop Sunghoon from hurting Jake, but at the end he was just shut down and pushed away.
Together, they weathered the storm of Sunghoon's torment, determined to rise above the darkness that threatened to consume them. But despite their best efforts, Sunghoon's hold over Jake seemed unshakeable, his presence a constant shadow lurking in the corners of his mind. As the days turned into weeks, Sunghoon's cruelty began to lose its power. Jake refused to cower in fear, standing tall in the face of adversity and refusing to let Sunghoon's actions define him. With each passing day, he grew stronger, his resolve hardened by the trials he had endured.
