Breaking out of someone's house wasn't even of the top 500 things that Shoko wanted to do in Kyoto.

Things had gone pretty smoothly at the club so Shoko and Jeong decided to take things a notch further and that is how Shoko ended up breaking out of his house.

She ran for her life at 3 in the morning that too in God knows where. What if he caught up to her? Her body pulsed at the thought of that, and she made a beeline straight to the nearest hotel.

A cute concierge greeted her and led her to a room.

"Gojo?" She asked the room opposite hers, but no answer came back.

"Do you know the man who has booked that room?" The concierge spoke up

Shoko turned around, a little shocked to find out that the concierge was still lingering.

"Yes, I know him," Shoko said

"Well, I hope he isn't your boyfriend because he was a real sleazebag. Asking me to come up to the room with him" the concierge said, shaking her head in pure disgust.

Personally, Shoko was disgusted as well. She realized she could never understand Gojo.

"I can give you another room if you want," the concierge said

"No. This room is perfectly fine. I just need a bed to sleep on for the night. I will be heading over to a friend's house tomorrow. I mean today" Shoko told the concierge and waved her out of the room.

Once she closed the room, she heard something like "What a weird woman!"

Shoko was prone to getting called that. Instead of giving too much thought to the concierge's harsh words, she settled into the room and lay face flat on the bed.

There was nothing but a little hum of electricity in the air, but it was alright.

The day definitely proved to be something else, but it was well out of her reach, and she couldn't do anything about the day.

She reached for her coat and pulled out a cigarette. She considered it for a second before lighting it up.

She paused between puffs wondering what Gojo and Utahime were up to.

They seemed like they would get along perfectly together but that never happened and Shoko never understood why.

She stubbed her cigarette on the ashtray, dimmed out the lights, and drifted into sleep.

It was well over noon by the time she woke up. She reached for her phone and noticed the 26 missed calls from Utahime.

"Oh, Gojo what have you done this time?" She asked no one in particular, and she coiled back to the bed. She realized that it would also be too late to fix anything.

She slowly picked herself up from the bed, fixed her hair, and bid goodbye to the room.

She pulled out her phone again and called Utahime not wanting to make small talk with the concierge while she checked out.

A loud annoyed voice blared out on the other end of the phone. "Where are you? I thought you got kidnapped We tried calling you many times. Did you break out of his house? What were you thinking of going home with a stranger? Tell us where you are right now and we will come to you" Utahime was saying

"As if you didn't go home with a stranger yourself," Shoko said teasingly dodging all the other questions. Quickly she realized she too knew very little about Gojo's intentions.

"I'll send you the address right away" Shoko followed up not wanting to push Utahime any further.

"We will come to you. You wait there" Utahime said and Shoko could practically feel the disappointment in her voice.
