Kyle is bisexual and Luke knows it. He had opened up to Luke two years ago. However, Luke didn't know Kyle had been crushing on him ever since.
The guest bathroom opens and Luke comes out and enters the living room with the towel Kyle had given on his head. Kyle is in the kitchen, trying to brew up hot chocolate (the kitchen and the living room are attached, it is an open kitchen).
"Dude, your soap scent is crazy!" says Luke whilst sniffing the corner of the sweatshirt given by Kyle. "Where did you get it from?" Luke stands in between the doorframe of the kitchen.
Kyle glances at him to respond but flushes seeing his crush wearing his clothes. He continues to stir the ingredients into the hot chocolate for two. "It's from 7 scents down the street."
"Dude, that's crazy! Can I borrow it? You have plenty of these don't you?"
Kyle is almost done with the hot chocolate. The thought of Luke wearing the same scent as his, made his heart go crazy for a moment. He shoves Luke's mug of hot chocolate to him and says, "Get your own shit, man."
Luke looks down at the mug and rests the towel around his neck. "What's this?" He holds the mug and smells it. "Hot cocoa?"
"Figured you must be cold."
"Thanks, man." Luke sips from the mug. "Delicious." He turns around and walks toward the sofa. Kyle's cheeks turn red from his comment and silently curses for falling for his best friend.
