Prologue

[April 10]

Akira shot awake and looked around the attic. He sat up and stood. He blinked then shook his head. He zoned out.

[April 12]

(Early morning)

Akira woke back up and did a double take. He went to the desk and saw Ren's journal.

April 9:
Sent to live with a friend of the family... I didn't do anything wrong...
Sojiro Sakura is also not very nice... I guess I'll just suck it up and get through my probation...

April 10:
Woke up feeling a bit dizzy. I should be find now though.
The principal treated me like I raped a girl... ugh. And Kawakami-sensei was not happy either, thinking about how "dangerous" I am.

April 11:
I was late to school because of a castle? It wasn't a dream... since Ryuji Sakamoto remembered it quite well, just as I had.
I feel like my body isn't just mine anymore... Akira Kurusu... just who are you?

Akira scoffed a bit. "Stupid dream is too real... but I also remember dying... I guess this is a comatose state side effect?" He groaned and shook his head. "Ren Amamiya... tch... he's communicating, though..." He looked around then found a notebook Ren had for anything not school related. He started writing his own journal.

Akira:
I am a guy who has no idea what is happening. I will let you know once I figure it out. You can keep control though. I don't want to deal with Sakamoto.

(Evening)

Akira blinked and checked his journal.

Ren: I see... I'll hang with him then. He seems like a cool guy. Ryuji is angry for me. Do you know about Palaces?

Akira: I do. I know more than Morgana. But I'm not gonna tell ya. I'm not on the side of what will happen. Good luck.
