"Demolisher?" Markus gulped, "Y-you mean the engine of wrath?" Everyone was worried, and all fell silent. The whistle blared again, drawing louder and closer. Markus was about to climb in his engine when Doubleback grabbed him, "Are you fucking insane? you can't take Demolisher on your own, you know you're dealing with the most powerful being in all the eight realms! That's the goddamn CEO of TunnelVision himself. I know Marley on a personal level and know what he's capable of" Doubleback warned him, "DB I have to do this, I can take him. We have to keep him away from this base, he can't see you either as Mr. Silver ordered" Markus protested as he tried to climb back up to the cab, "You will get yourself killed Markus, do you hear me? Stand down" Markus freed his legs from Doubleback's grasp and stepped in the cab, "Everyone! Hide your engines, Mr. Silver and DB please get somewhere safe. I promise you I won't get myself killed out there"

Everyone did as they were told, and Markus left the smelters to block the entrance track points. Down the line, headed straight for him was Demolisher himself. Markus' throat tightened and he was visibly nervous. He stood his ground as Demolisher hit his brakes, and both engines cowcatchers met just mere inches apart. Demolisher climbed out from his cab and stood on the roof. "You must be Markus, the infamous Markus that my incompetent soldier Torrey couldn't apprehend. Ah well, I've got you now" He said, "What do you want Demolisher?" Markus shouted, "You my boy, I'm after you. I want your power", "Power? what power?", "Stupid boy don't you realize who you are? You're the one who's name in numbers means 64, you're the very threat to my massive scale operation", "What power do I have that you seek?" Demolisher was just about to respond to Markus, when Doubleback appeared out of nowhere and called out to him, "Marley, it's okay. I got him already, we just need to take him back to base. We just need to pinpoint where he is in the real world and then we'll find him and extract his power!" he said.

"Well done agent #81, at least one of my soldiers gets some fucking work done around here" Demolisher grinned. Doubleback walked up to the cab of Markus' engine and climbed in, whispering something to him, "Look, everything is gonna be okay. Just follow my lead and we'll be okay, You'll meet me in the real world soon. I'll be en-route to your base, Sterling gave me the coordinates" Markus nodded in agreement as they both stepped out of the cab. "I have him held here in our custody, I have also found him in the real world. I'll bring him to headquarters soon my liege" Doubleback informed Demolisher.

Markus disconnected from the digital world and woke back up again in the real world, taking his headset off. Making his way back to the entrace of their base, he saw a blacked out sports car idling at the gate. It was Doubleback, "Markus! hop in!" He called. Markus did as he was told and got in the passenger seat. Doubleback asked him to put handcuffs on to play into the bit. "Where are we headed DB?" Markus asked, "We're on our way to the House of The Machine, that's our new headquarters after the original one was abandoned, where you and your team were once held prisoner in this fucking mental zoo.

The drive there was long and boring, Markus fell asleep, he was having nightmares. Doubleback woke him up abruptly as they approached the entrance gate. There were train tracks by the entrance, and there was Overlord Marshall ready to greet Doubleback in an idle diesel locomotive. "Well done agent #81, you're here on time. I knew I could trust you, now get this filth out of the car and on this train" Doubleback grabbed Markus and guided him to board the engine. Markus knew that the situation was under control, but was quite grumpy and bored.

The locomotive finally made it's way to the shed inside the facility. It was big, dark, scary, and had a massive lava waterfall, It reeked of metal as well. Doubleback and Overlord Marshall guided Markus inside, they brought him to an interrogation room. It looked like an old rotten prison. Markus was seated, and promptly restrained by Overlord Marshall.

He sat down, and Doubleback sat beside Markus. "That's Demolisher by the way if you haven't figured that out" he whispered to Markus, "When he leaves to get his coffee, I'll explain later" Overlord Marshall looked at Markus with a deathly glare, "No you're not going to be killed today, I'm saving that for another day. So tell me Mr. 64, why do you seek to destroy my empire?", "Your empire is based on imprisonment, death, and mental and physical torture. You're evil, You're one of the worst people I've ever seen walk this earth" Markus gave him the killer's look, while Overlord Marshall just smirked and chuckled. Markus got in a fit of rage and grabbed Doubleback's pistol from his hip, and aimed it directly at his sworn enemy, "Are you going to kill me young Markus?" Overlord Marshall asked, "Well I would certainly like to" Markus answered, finger gripping the trigger. Overlord Marshall whistled and waved his finger, signaling something to Doubleback. Doubleback promptly grabbed Markus' arm and held him back down in his chair, the gun accidentally fired and hit a wall. Overlord Marshall simply laughed and slowly clapped his hands. Saying he was going to grab a coffee and come back.

That's when the plan came back into action, "Markus listen to me very closely because I'm only going to say it this once. You have 20 minutes starting now before he comes back, Here's the way to the entrance. I am going to pretend to restrain you, and then you are going to fight back, and in the end I tell Marley that you tried to escape and I did my best to try and restrain you, Good luck. You're our only hope" So Markus and Doubleback pretended to fight, and let Markus get away. Markus made a dash for it, not looking back whatsoever. He was spotted by an employee who tried to chase him, but failed to keep up.

Markus got in one of the company trucks and floored the gas pedal as hard as he could, not caring what was in front of him. He bashed through the gate and kept going until he made it home. Eventually when he made it back, he parked the truck at the abandoned facility and walked home.
