I found this animation and thought it was amazing. It also got me speculating on who Roo might be. Is it Eve? Some other worldly being? My guess is as good as yours. Because in the show they describe Evil as something the Angels didn't create. Like it existed with them. But the way it looks is sort of similar to how Eve was portrayed in the show when Charlie was telling her story. Same thing with the embodiment of Evil. My guess is that the embodiment of Evil took Eves body as a vessel.
