Clary walked out of her room and saw Clay walk towards his with a plate of toast and a cup of coffee in hand. "What are you doing ?" She questioned.

"Uh.... Eating breakfast." He said and she looks at him weirdly.

"Family movie night is tonight." He told her quickly before walking into his room and closing the door behind him.

Clary was extremely confused , she made her way down the stairs and towards the kitchen. "Family movie night is tonight ?" She asks.

"Yes." Lainie said. "I feel like i haven't seen my kids for days." Clary was confused. "Excuse you ? I see you every other day when you're not working ,"

"I meant Clay." Lainie told her daughter . "So this tape of yours...."

"You took it ?" Question Clary in shock and Lainie signed. "Why was it hidden in your drawers ?"

"No one was meant to hear it but me." Clary defended. "It was an apology ."

"Why didn't you tell us that Hannah was bullying you ?" Questioned Lainie. And Clary grew overwhelmed. "She was ?" Matt asked surprised .

"It was ages ago , drop it." Clary told her parents before walking away from them and out the house where Monty was waiting for her. "You okay ?" He asked .

"Uh... yeah." She lied through her teeth and forced a smile on her face. "Never better."

"You seriously forgot your baseball kit ?" Questioned Clary as Monty drove . "I have a lot on my plate , okay ?" He snapped .

Clary gave him a look of annoyance.

Monty felt her gaze and his anger was rising. "Jesus fucking Christ , what's got you pissy ?"

"Why are you always angry lately ?" She asked him as he drove around the U turn and he stopped driving seeing Justin Foley .

"Oh shit," he said and Clary grew confused. "What ?" The blonde asked.

She went to look where he was staring but he quickly drove away before she could see who it was. "What the hell Mintgomery ?" She asked .

"Don't want you to be late for school." He told her and she was extremely confused .

She didn't know what had gotten into him , they were doing just fine yesterday.

And now she wasn't sure what to think.

"Come to the boys locker room ~ Anonymous." Clary's brows furrowed in confusion .

"You okay ?" Questioned Tyler Down and she looks up towards the boy. "Yeah , I'll be right back," she told him and made her way towards the boys locker room. Where she found Aidan , Bryce and Monty talking . She stopped in her tracks. Listening into their conversation.

"Think that's why he came back?" Aidan questioned as Monty placed his shirt over his head with an annoyed grunt.

Bryce shrugs, forcing his locker , in annoyance as Aidan repeats his question "I don't know. Drop it." He demands,. "Everything's fine."
