"I wish there was more I could do..." Ava, Y/n's roommate, mumbled as she stood in the doorway of their dorm room.
"You've done enough..." Y/n smiled weakly as she looked up at Ava from her bed, waving her hand in the air to dismiss her. "I'll be fine."
Ava bit her lower lip, bringing up her hand to pluck at it before hesitantly speaking up. "Are you sure? I can just stay here-"
"-Go to your lecture Ava~" Y/n shook her head in disapproval, interrupting her. "Go learn something to be useful..." She joked, a small grin making its way to Ava's lips.
"Okay~" Ava groaned, rolling her eyes. "Promise to call me when you need something." She said sternly, putting her hand on her hip and opening the door a bit more as she raised her eyebrow.
Y/n knew that it was the only condition on which she would follow her lecture...
"I promise." Y/n smiled ailingly.
Ava looked down at Y/n with slightly furrowed eyebrows as she tilted her head to the side.
She pitied her...
"-Now go! Before you're late." Y/n shooed Ava through the door, watching her roll her eyes and mutter a quick goodbye before leaving.
Y/n sighed to herself when she heard the door slam shut.
...
It was quiet.
Too quiet...
It was so quiet that she could almost hear her own thoughts out loud, unfortunately.
From the moment Kuroo had dropped her off and she walked through the door, she had been feeling miserable.
Ava didn't even have time to ask her how the game was, as Y/n burst out in tears right after she closed the door behind her.
Y/n turned on her bed, now laying on her side as she let the exact moment replay itself for the hundredth time in the past few days.
Ava hadn't asked her a single question, just consoling Y/n and being there for her.
She truly was an amazing roommate...
The image of Rintarō and Amanda continuously played itself on repeat. She could hear her moans and see his hands gripping her waist tightly to keep her in place.
Disgusting...
Y/n turned once again, laying on her other side. She read the time from her alarm, sighing to herself once again.
09:36 AM
It was currently Wednesday. Y/n had a lecture on Monday, but she was too exhausted and mentally drained to show up for class.
Though, it was not like anyone noticed, no one in her class knew her, let alone missed her when she's absent.
Kuroo Tetsurō...
Y/n's facial expression softened as she thought about how he was kind enough to buy her food and bring her home.
She never thought that Kuroo Tetsurō would willingly do a good deed, as Rintarō would always complain about him....but she also never thought that Rin would cheat on her, so that was touché.
