Y/n POV

After what happened in the cafeteria with the boys, me, Sundown and the girls are walking to Principal Celestia's office. 

"Those three are definitely in possession of some kind of dark magic. How else could you explain what happened back there?" Sundown asked. 

"Don't worry, y'all. We let Principal Celestia know all about this, and those boys will be kicked to the curb in no time. Last thing she needs is another CHS event almost ruined by some power-crazed lunatic...Uh, no offense." Applejack said, the last part to Sundown. 

"None taken." Sundown sighed. 

"And what about me, did you see how my words and boys' words, completely changed the students in an instant? And what about that mist, theirs was green and mine was f/c. I don't know what's happening to me and it's kinda scaring me." I said with my head down. 

"It's okay, Y/n; we'll find out what's happening and you'll be just fine." Applejack stated and I smiled. 

We got to Principal Celestia's office and Sundown told her everything that happened. 

"Dark magic? I find that very hard to believe. Those boys came into my office earlier and were absolutely delightful." Principal Celestia stated, skeptically. 

"Perhaps Sundown Glare is just eager to make someone else out to be a bad element, so that his actions at the Fall Formal will become old news." Vice-Principal Luna stated. 

"I could see why you might think that, but—" Sundown said. 

"That's not what's happening. We saw all of this go down in the cafeteria too!" Rainbows stated. 

"Yes, but isn't your band supposed to be part of the Musical Showcase?" Principal Celestia asked. 

"Yes?" Rainbows said, reluctantly. 

"Perhaps you're all just worried that the Dazzlers will steal your spotlight." Principal Celestia stated. 

"The Dazzlers?" Applejack asked. 

"It's the name of their musical group. That's why they came by my office earlier, to sign up for the Showcase. Even sang a little song to Vice-Principal Luna and I." Principal Celestia stated.  

"They did?" I asked, worried. 

"Yes, Y/n. And we think having a Battle of the Bands instead is a marvelous idea." Principal Celestia stated as her and Vice-Principal Luna's eyes flashed a pale green. 

"But, Principal Celestia-" I said, before I was cut off by her hand. 

"I don't want to hear it, Y/n Sentry. We are going through with the Battle of the Bands and you will still be doing your solo at the beginning. Do I make myself clear?" Principal Celestia asked. 

"Yes, Principal Celestia." I said with my head down and Sundown rubbing my back. 

We then are in front of the Wondercolt statue on the front lawn. Applejack pacing and thinking, Fluttershy standing and staring at one side of the base, Pinkie lying on her back atop the base and letting her head hang over the edge, Rainbow knee-kicking her ball in place, Rarity sitting near Fluttershy and painting her fingernails, Sundown standing slumped against another of the base's sides near Applejack. And me sitting near Sundown and writing in my notebook, rewriting my song, strumming my guitar and humming my song.
