Chapter-16

MARIYAH POV:

I woke up early at 5:00 am. Today is gonna be a tough day. I freshen up and prayed Fajr and soon at 6:30 I got ready for university to get a bone set.

I quickly dressed by an white Abaya with black hijab. I grabbed my phone with me.

I went to University lab where ahad Bhai said he will give me his bone set. I was so excited and nervous too. You can do it!

I was at University lab but no one was there. May be I'm early. I was so confused about the room numbers. So, i texted ahad Bhai

Ahad Bhai(uni)

Me: aslkm. I'm so confused. Which room number?

Ahad Bhai: room no.3.

I went to room number 3 but no one was there too. I turned my back for going and checking another room but that airport guy is at door!

I looked at him. I thought he has some work here. Then he gave space and I left that room. I again texted ahad Bhai

Me: is there any other room.no3?

Ahad Bhai: no. Come fast.

I frowned looking at his text. I went back to room.no 3 Hoping ahad Bhai is. But no clue expect that airport guy. He was standing with an skeleton. Skeleton- wait what skeleton! Bone set?! Whatttttt!!!

I was so confused. He looked at my eyes and I was looking at them. Mariyah stop looking at him.

"So" airport guy said looking at bone set

"So?" I said looking at his direction

"You are?" We said in union

"Mariyah" I said

"Ahad" airport guy said we said in union again .

Wait what? Ahad Bhai is airport guy and that means airport guy is ahad Bhai what??? My eyes widen and realised that is he ahad Bhai!

I connected the dots. From airport to here! Yesss he is ahad Bhai!

We stood in silence for a minute. Maybe he is also trying to figure it out.

"My bone set?" I said ignoring that fact we have encountered with only fight. Gosh too embarassing.

"Take it " ahad bhai Said. We again stood in silence

"Thanks ahad Bhai" I said smiling
His face turned from smile to disappointment to smiley face. Did I said wrong?

"No problem. I gotta go" he said and left and I stood there alone with bone set. Gosh this is so embarassing sooo much. Ya Allah i thought ahad Bhai is only way but the way is too cold and scared.

I wanted to clear my mind so bad. I went back to campus at 7:30 I still have time to go university. I went and saw Aisha was packing her bag. I quickly held her hand and sat on bed and told the entire story

She kept her face neutral

"IS THIS REAL???" she literally screamed her lungs out.

"Shhh yes this is real" i said

"Omg I have to tell this to elizha" Aisha said clapping her hands and I glared at her. And she showed her tongue to me!

We went to University. Half of the day will be as usual like lectures and study and at end of the day we should gather at main hall with seniors. And study.

Half of the day went.i submitted my first assignment and elizha too. We, me ,Aisha , elizha ate our lunch and went to main hall

"Bye guys" Aisha said and I waved at her. I walked to my group

Everyone was there too. We sat down and started introducing ourselves.Some of the juniors were from my class too like Sofiyah, ashya, Fazal, arhaan and me they introduced themselves and I was left

"Mariyah" I said lifting my hand a little. Ahad Bhai looked at me

"Good juniors! Im your senior Ayan!" Said the one who was leading group. He forwarded his hand to me. I lifted my eyebrows in confusion

"Handshake!" Ayan said and nervously smiled. Someone give this guy an handshake because I'm not gonna do that ! Never! Haram broo!

I slightly shaked my head in rejection

"Sorry" I said and he understood.

The seniors too introduced themselves and I got know ahad Bhai here

"Myself ahad. You can clarify your doubts from me" keeping a straight face. Someone please make him learn some manners.

Atleast he can smile though. It's not like his teeths are gonna fall when he smiles! Suddenly he looked at me with cold look. Did he listened? I was saying in my mind. I quickly looked away.

"Okay guys! You should be attentive towards us!" Ayan Bhai said.
