It was 12:30pm and everyone arrived but two. Charlie was still waiting for Tara and Darcy.
"Would anyone like some crisps? We have salt n vinegar as well as plain chips." Nick offered "I won't say no, thanks" Tao said.

10 minutes later the front door opened and in walked Tara and Darcy. "Darcy you came!" Charlie was excited to see her. He got up and hugged her.
As everyone was here Charlie started by saying "Thank you for everyone coming back I know yesterday wasn't a great get together and I am really sorry for that." Nick quickly responded and asked "Char before you go on can I say something?" Charlie nodded his head.
"I am really really sorry for yelling at everyone particularly Darcy I am very sorry. I know it's a side that you have never seen, I try not to scream/ yell at anyone as it brings up bad memories and most importantly it's one of Charlie's triggers, as we know. I am very sorry."
"Nick it's ok you had to take control before anything else happened" Elle said while hugging Nick.

"Yea so like Nick said and as you know yelling/ screaming is one of my triggers. I have a few things I would like to tell you that I've been keeping from you." Charlie breaths deeply "Take your time Char there's no rush" Nick said as he kissed his boyfriend's forehead "I have OCD, anxiety, depression and I've also been diagnosed with an ED. As you know I was in hospital a few months back for rehab that is because I was diagnosed as an alcoholic. I was apparently one of the worst cases that they had seen for someone my age. Drinking the same amount as a 60 year old, hence why Nick was very strict with the no alcohol rule."
Everyone was completely silent.

Darcy got up and hugged charlie "I am so so so sorry Charlie, thank you for telling us. We love you no matter what and will always be here for you ok." "Thank you Darcy, it's ok"

After Darcy sat down everyone was talking and finding out how they can best support Charlie in any situation.
"Well I would say Nick is number one as he has gone through training and whatever else. Then Tara as she was one of my nurses who helped me and worst case scenario they aren't here, you call the ambulance and get Sarah Nick's Mum to me as fast as you can. She has stepped into an amazing mother figure that I didn't know I needed, cause you know why." the group smiled and continued talking with Charlie and Nick about how they can help if anything were to happen and Nick wasn't around.

Nick looked at Charlie and Charlie nodded to him as they both knew it might be good to show their friends the book. Nick returned with the book "What do you have there Nick?" Elle asked as she watch Nick come back into the room with it. "This is my book which has all the information you could need to know about me and my processes or what needs to happen if something were to happen and you don't know what to do. It also has all the training info that Nick and Sarah went through. I'm not expecting or wanting you to go through the training but it would be helpful if you read it." Charlie continued to explain everything in the book so his friends could best support him in an emergency.

"This is fantastic thank you for trusting and showing us Charlie we really appreciate it." Elle spoke in thankful. The friends all shared the book around to have a look and read through it. Nick was proud of Charlie and he could vibe Charlie was proud of himself as well, who wouldn't be with the support from their friends. Charlie was holding his boyfriend's hand resting his head on Nick shoulder, knowing he would always have the support from his friends and love of his life not matter how things get.

From that day onwards Charlie trusted everyone and was not worried if something happened whether Nick was there or not, as his friends knew what to do.
