"Stop crying, Princess. You will wake your brother up," Yasir said, strolling around with Emaan in his arms.

"Go freshen up. I will handle her," I sighed as I walked towards them, closing the washroom door. "You look tired."

"I am not, my love. My eyes are puffy because of sleeping too much," I lied, and he sighed.

"I know how much you slept, Yazia. You didn't sleep a wink last night," he said, walking up to me.

"Look at me, Yazia. Please don't torture me, love. I don't like to see you like this, sweetheart. It hurts me," he said, caressing my cheek with his thumb, and I closed my eyes.

"You are my strength, Yazia. If you are like this, then how will I live?" He joined his forehead with mine. "I am okay, and I will be okay as long as I have you with me. Nothing can make me weak until I have you," I looked into his eyes.

"I was never like this, trust me. I never relied on anyone. I never relied on any man. I have never been so helpless, Yasir. Every time I would fall, I picked myself up. But now I can't do anything without you," I said, looking at him. He pulled me closer, wrapping his arm around me.

"You don't have to worry, Yazia. You have me, and you can rely on me. I will protect you. I am your husband, Yazia, not a random man who can ditch you whenever he wants. I am here to protect you, Yazia," he said, and I rested my head against his chest.

"I trust you blindly, Yasir," I said, and he kissed my forehead. Emaan squealed loudly while smiling at us, making us chuckle.

"Oh, do you like it when Dada kisses Mama?" Yasir looked at her, and she giggled while jumping in Yasir's arms, making me laugh.

"Oh, see, Yazia. She likes it when I kiss you. Should I kiss you one more time?" He smirked, and I blushed, taking Emaan in my arms.

"Go and freshen up," I said, ignoring him, making him chuckle.

He held my arm, pulling me back. "Only one kiss," he said before pecking my lips, making me laugh.

"Now go, or else you will be late," I pushed him, and he looked at me, about to say something.

"Yes, I know you are the boss, but you are supposed to be punctual. What will your workers learn from you?" I said, and he chuckled.

"You have an answer to every question," he said, and I smiled proudly.

"I am Dr. Yazia, after all," I said, and he smiled, kissing my cheek.

"My doctor," he whispered, and I chuckled.

"Yes, your doctor," I smiled, turning my head to look at him. I couldn't believe my luck. I got the best man for myself.

He rested his head on my shoulder, looking at Emaan who was in my arms. She looked at him carefully.

"What are you looking at? I am your father," he looked at Emaan, making me chuckle.

"Ayayaayaya," Emaan raised her hands, signaling Yasir to pick her up. I chuckled at her cute alien language.

"Not now, little woman. This lazy man has to shower," I said, pulling her closer to me and pushing Yasir away as I walked out of the room.

"This is not fair, Min Yazia. I am telling you. You keep breaking my heart. It's not fair," he shouted, making me laugh. It was quite funny how Arslan was still sleeping. There could be a missile attack and he would still be sleeping.

Emaan frowned and whined, looking for her father. I placed the dishes on the dining table while she was in my arms, and she kept whining and crying, making it hard for me to concentrate.
