I left my hair open and wore my long tee with trousers. I started working on my laptop silently, making sure not to wake the twins up. I read a few medical articles. I didn't go to the hospital today. I was feeling exhausted.

The truth is, Demir and Deniz were coming back, and I wasn't ready to see their faces. I was angry at everyone. Everyone tried their best to make my life miserable. Yasir had a meeting, so he left for the office. He said we will come back early today.

Every moment I spent in this mansion was killing me. No one could ever hurt me like Yasir did. He broke the unbreakable.

I could never have imagined it, even in my worst nightmares. I never thought my life would take such an ugly turn. But I swear upon my lord that I won't spare anyone. I will take my revenge on everyone, because I am not as forgiving as my mother. I will show everyone who Yazia Hussain is. I will show everyone that Hussain Yilmaz hasn't raised a coward. I am my baba's warrior, and I won't let anyone break me now. I will be strong for my children and my mother. Yazia Hussain doesn't forgive or forget.

I closed the laptop with a sigh, got up, and walked out of the room. I headed downstairs to the kitchen. "What are you making today, Eva?" I asked, tying the front strands of my hair back with a clipper. I wore an apron. "We haven't started yet, Madame Min. We will make whatever you say," Eva replied politely. I shook my head. "Go rest, you all. I will make the food myself." I said, and Eva looked at me in surprise.

"Master Min will not like this," she said, her eyes filled with concern. "He forbade us from letting you work."

I raised an eyebrow, my expression stern. "Am I disabled? Am I sick? Or do I not know how to cook?" I asked, my voice firm but controlled.

Eva lowered her head, her eyes cast downward. "Go, I will cook myself," I said, my tone dismissive.

She sighed and nodded. "Has Leah eaten?" I asked, changing the subject.

She shook her head. "No, mam, Miss Leah is still sleeping in her room."

I replied, "Alright," and continued cooking, trying to distract myself from the thoughts swirling in my head. But I couldn't shake them off. I was lost in my thoughts, reliving the painful memories.

The twins' cries broke the spell, and I turned off the gas, rushing to attend to them. "Oh, my babies, stop crying, Mama is here," I cooed, wiping their tears and kissing their foreheads.

As I carried them downstairs, I couldn't help but think about the uncertainty of their future. What if Leah doesn't leave Yasir? They will have to tolerate their stepmother. The thought sent a shiver down my spine.

I placed the twins in their walkers and watched them explore the lobby, their teary eyes fixed on me. "Cry babies," I chuckled, planting kisses on their cheeks.

Just then, a woman walked into the lobby, and my heart skipped a beat. "I am sorry, Miss. May I know who you are?" I asked, my tone polite but wary.

She looked at me, her eyes cold. "I am here to meet my daughter Leah."

My heart sank. So, she is that wicked woman. "Your beloved daughter is still sleeping," I replied, my voice neutral.

She glanced at the twins, her expression unreadable. "Why did you come back?" she asked, her tone accusatory.

I furrowed my brow, taken aback. "Pardon?"

She walked closer, her eyes narrowing. "Why are you back? You left for good. Why are you back?"

I was speechless, my mind racing. "Why don't you take these kids with you and go back," she sneered, her words dripping with malice.

My eyes flashed with anger. "Don't even look at my children," I said, my voice firm and protective.
