I placed the kids in their high chairs while I gave them their pacifiers. I started helping the maids. I wore a black Abaya and Khimar. I couldn't even explain how angry I was right now. Whatever happened yesterday made me stop being sad and depressed. I knew that if I stayed silent, it might not only ruin my life but my family's too.

I walked into the dining room to see Yasir feeding the twins. "Leave it, I'll do it. Have your breakfast, you're getting late for the office," I said, and he sighed while nodding. I sat down beside him while I fed the twins.

"You're going to the hospital today?" he asked, and I hummed without looking at him. "I will leave the twins at anem's," I said, and he hummed.

"How long are you going to be angry at me, Yazia? You know I don't like it when you're angry at me," he said, and I looked at him. "What do you expect me to do?" I raised an eyebrow. "Praise you or congratulate you on your second marriage?" I asked, and he lowered his head. "Yazia, I told you she is nothing..."

"If she is nothing, then why did you marry her?" I slightly raised my voice while glaring at him. "They needed help," he replied, making me scoff. "Oh please, not such a lame excuse." I looked away.

"It is such a shame, Yasir. You actually proved that our love was so weak that you forgot about me within a week." I said, and he shook his head. "Why do you keep misunderstanding the whole situation." He said, and I rolled my eyes.

I was about to reply, but I heard a loud noise of heels. I looked up to see Leah walking down in her Pajamas. I glared at Yasir, and he lowered his gaze. "Oh wow, Yazia. You cooked all this?" She asked, and I hummed. "How you are really talented." She said, making me chuckle. "It's not talent, girl. These are basic household chores that every woman must know." I looked at her, and she smiled awkwardly.

"You are going to the hospital?" She asked, and I hummed. "But what about your kids? Don't you think that they need your time and attention." She said, and I looked up at her. "I know how to manage my life. Don't teach me." I glared at her, and she nodded while looking at the table.

"I'll be leaving. I am getting late." Yasir said, as he got up from his chair. I got up as well and helped him to wear his coat. No matter how angry I was at him, I wanted to keep it personal. I didn't want Leah to know about our fights. Yasir smiled, placing a kiss on my forehead, making me close my eyes. A moment of peace. "Baba's life." He kissed the cheeks of the twins.

"I will visit the hospital today. I have a meeting with the board members. So wait for me, we will come back together." He said, and I nodded with a slight smile.

"Umm, I will also leave for my university." Leah said, making me roll my eyes. "Ok?" I looked at her, and she lowered her head. "Can you drop me, Yasir?" She asked Yasir, making me clench my hands into a fist as I looked away.

"I am not your driver, Leah. I am getting late for office myself." Yasir said without looking at her. "I'll be leaving too." I said, as I wiped Arslan's face. "Eva, help me carry the twins to the car." I shouted slightly.

"Who are you going with?" Yasir asked, and I shrugged. "Driver." I replied, as I got my handbag from the chair. "Not at all." Yasir said, making me look at him. "What do you mean, Yasir? Who else am I supposed to go with then." I asked, and he smiled. "With me, sweetheart." He replied, and I glanced at Leah, who was eating breakfast silently. I somehow felt sad for her.

"I don't need. Go drop Leah." I walked away, but he held my wrist. "You are my responsibility, Yazia Hussain, and you are coming with me." He said, making me chuckle. "Don't forget that she is your responsibility too." I said, and he sighed. "I said that this marriage is just for show. I don't consider her my wife. She isn't my responsibility. She is living in here just like a guest. Right, Leah?" He looked at Leah, and she nodded.
