In the soft, ambient glow of their shared hotel room, Ishika watched as Abhishek rummaged through his suitcase, pulling out a fresh shirt. He seemed to be preparing for something, and curiosity got the better of her. "Where are you going?" she asked, her tone casual but her eyes sharp with interest.

Abhishek glanced at her and smiled, a hint of mischief dancing in his eyes. "Just going out to explore New York a bit," he replied, slipping into his shirt and adjusting the collar.

Ishika gave a mock sigh, rolling her eyes playfully. "Let me guess, you're probably going out with Kiara again," she teased, trying to keep her tone light even though the idea bothered her more than she wanted to admit.

Abhishek shook his head, chuckling. "No, it's not with Kiara," he said, meeting her gaze with a reassuring smile. "I'm actually planning to see the city on my own. But..." He hesitated for a moment, then continued, "Would you like to tag along? It could be fun to explore together."

Ishika's heart skipped a beat at the unexpected invitation. She tried to play it cool, but a smile tugged at the corners of her mouth. "Are you sure? I mean, wouldn't I be cramping your style?" she asked, her voice teasing but hopeful.

Abhishek grinned. "No way. I think it would be great to have some company. So, what do you say? Want to join me?"

She nodded, unable to hide her excitement. "Sure, why not? Let's go see what New York has to offer."

As they left the room together, Ishika felt a mix of anticipation and joy. This was her chance to spend time with Abhishek away from the prying eyes of their teammates and the ever-present Kiara. She couldn't wait to see what the city – and the evening – had in store for them.

As they strolled through the vibrant streets of New York City, the energy of the bustling metropolis seemed to fade into the background, leaving only the two of them in their own little world. Ishika found herself getting lost in the rhythm of their conversation, enjoying every moment spent with Abhishek.

Suddenly, Abhishek stopped in his tracks, causing Ishika to halt beside him. She looked up at him, her curiosity piqued as she met his gaze. There was a certain intensity in his eyes that made her heart skip a beat, and she couldn't help but hold her breath in anticipation of what he was about to say.

"Ishika," Abhishek began, his voice soft but filled with emotion, "there's something I've been wanting to tell you."

Ishika felt a flutter of excitement mixed with a hint of nervousness as she waited for him to continue. She couldn't deny the butterflies that had taken flight in her stomach, wondering what he was about to reveal.

Abhishek took a deep breath, his eyes never leaving hers. "I know we've only known each other for a short time, but I feel like there's something special between us. Something... undeniable."

Ishika's heart skipped a beat at his words, her own feelings echoing his sentiments. She felt a rush of warmth flood her chest, realizing that she wasn't alone in her emotions.

"I feel it too, Abhishek," she admitted, her voice barely above a whisper. "There's just... something about you that draws me in, something I can't quite explain."

Abhishek reached out, gently tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. His touch sent a shiver down Ishika's spine, igniting a spark between them that seemed to crackle in the air.

"Ishika," Abhishek said softly, his gaze never wavering, "I don't want to rush into anything, but I also don't want to let this chance slip away. So, I was wondering... would you like to go on a proper date with me?"
