Velvet had many ideas for this lame school. And let's just say that she didn't care to ask permission. "Alright, who's ready to give this tacky joint a makeover?"
She shook up a can of spray paint and removed the cap. Veneer, who was holding a carton of eggs, had serious concerns. "Vel, we are going to get in so much trouble!"
Ritz, while struggling to hold a deluxe package of toilet paper, chimed in. "Even if ms. Glitz doesn't punish students as much as your last principal, that doesn't mean we should do this stuff!"
Orchid arrived late. "Hey guys, I brought the chalk!"
It took her a minute to read the room. "Oh, are we not doing that anymore? This is awkward."
"Don't worry, you're all good. We just need to mess this place up in any way, shape, or form possible."
Kyle, Jinx, and Ted brought random stuff from their houses, including pumpkins, shaving cream, tuna fish, and candle wax. Each friend went down a different hall and did whatever they could. Velvet pulled an Orphan and made hidden paintings that could only be viewed in Ultraviolet light. Veneer and Ritz threw the eggs in the bathrooms and the toilet paper in the cafeteria, to shake things up. They soon left, leaving no trace of their involvement, aside from Velvet signing off with "velvet was here" as if she wanted to send a message of what they were dealing with by letting her into this school.
The following Monday, the students had an assembly. "Hello, everybody. As you know, I am principal Glitz, and we have had a vandalism issue in our building. However, the student responsible made our job easier, by signing their name. I know who this was, but I don't want to expose this person in front of the whole school. Velvet was bored of this crap and came forward. "Yeah, it was me, what you gonna do 'bout it?"
Ms. Glitz blinked awkwardly for a moment. "We've never had a student willingly confess before. You may have done something bad, but you have proven to be an honest person afterwards."
"No, I just got bored of sitting here while you pretend you don't know what I was trying to say by doing this: you made a mistake letting me in here. I'm not locked in here with you, you're locked in here with me."
The lights inexplicably began to flicker, causing the whole school to panic. In actuality, orchid was trying to find a bathroom and somehow managed to end up in the electrical control room, where she had the time of her life messing with everything. Back in the auditorium, Mr. Pitt had announcement. "Students of whatever this school is called again, we will soon be in the most traumatic unit of all: health class."
None of the students knew what this meant. "Um, like puberty? Drug ed? Se-"
Before he could finish that thought, principal Glitz stopped him before he could ruin their innocence further. "Thank you, Mr. Pitt. Please return to class, students. Don't worry, he's exaggerating about this unit, you will be fine!"
