Jiju: aab humse Kya badla lenge saale sahab. Aab toh saab khelne ki Badi aapki hai aur Maja Leni ki Badi Humari hai.
Jiju says patting KK's shoulder
Madhu: Sunny, abhi toh bas shurwat hai. Next 9 months tujhe isse bhi jyada jhelna hai.
KK: Whatttt!!! Toh iske pregnancy mood swings hai! Isko toh abhi pata bhi nehi phir bhi mood swings. Pata chalega toh Kya Hoga
Bharat-Arjun: all the best Mamu. Yeh Jang aap Jeet jaoge (in teasing tone)
KK glares at them. But he makes pity face in his mind. He's hell scared of his wife's mood swings now.

Next day they return to Mumbai. In the afternoon Teju goes to her parents house to meet them. Actually she has been made meeting them purposely as KK wants to give her surprise. Kk, di s, jiju, Bharat, Arjun, Veer are doing the arrangements. Km and Kd haven't returned from Punjab. They even don't know about Teju's pregnancy. KK wants to give Km-kd and Tm-Td to surprise as well as. Km- Kd are returning in the evening flight. So he asked Teju to receive them from airport while coming back as he has a meeting (just excuse). also bring Tm-Td with her. They will have a family dinner together. She's confused with all this. He wants a family dinner but sending him out of the house. Because always whenever they arrange a family dinner, Teju always makes sure that she will cook. But this time KK didn't allow her. He forcefully get her out of the house. she's really worried about what happened to him.
So first Teju went to her parents place. After some chitchatting, they all have gone to airport. They receive them and leaves for their home. They reach at home. Teju had spare key. Toh she opens the door. She saw the house is dark. Suddenly the lights are being turned on and she saw the whole living room is decorated beautifully with blue and pink balloons, lights, white orchid flowers. She noticed the central wall. She's shocked to see the decorations there. There's written in the middle of the wall hugely, welcome new mom to be and Happy mother's day. (Because that day is actually mothers day) she becomes surprised and shocked at the same time. She finds something on table. She picks up the box and opens it. She saw 4 pregnancy kits. There's two lines. Seeing that she becomes really emotional seeing all this. Then she saw another box. She opens it. And saw her and KK's photo. There's written, we're becoming parents soon. Tears are falling from her eyes. KK comes from behind and hugs her. She turns and hugs him tightly. She starts crying. He's eyes become welled up. But he composes himself. He let her cry as he knows how much emotional she's right now. After sometime she calms down. KK kissed on her forehead.
KK: bas baby, no more crying
Teju: Sunny, is this true? Am I dreaming?
KK: it's true Teju. Our baby...... Our little miracle.
Teju: but how did you find this?
KK: you dud notice other 4 kits. They all were showing positive.
Teju: that means you know it from yesterday? Why didn't you tell me?
KK: because I wanted to give you surprise. Though yeh Tumhe Karna chahiye tha. But yeh mujhe Karna parraha hai. Hum Dono humesha Saab Kuch unique hi karte hai.
Teju: toh Tumhe agar mujhse pehle pata chalta hai toh Mai Kya karu. Saab tumhari galti hai. Kyu Tumhe pehle pata Chala? (She said angrily)
KK: baby tujhe Kya hua hai? Tu abhi tak toh itni sweet thi. Achanak gussa Kyu hogayi hai.
Teju: shut up Sunny
KK: ohh god. This mood swings
Teju glares at him. He zips his lips. But suddenly she starts crying.
KK: baby, Kya hua hai? Kahi peon horaha hai? Why are you crying?
