Days passed. Teju is in her 8 months. 2 weeks left for her delivery date. Her delivery will be happened before 9 months because it's twins. During twins pregnancy, babies can't be in womb for long because it will be difficult for mother. Everyone has come in India. Because everyone wants to be with Teju during her delivery.
It's night time. Everyone is sleeping. Suddenly Teju wakes up. She's not feeling well. She's feeling little bit pain in lower abdomen. She gets up carefully holding her baby bump. Her back is also paining. She goes in washroom. But suddenly she feels her lower body is wet. Her pain has increased. She's getting contractions in every 3 minutes it lasts for 1 minute. She's in so much pain that she can't even talk let alone walk. Teju falls on floor because of so much pain. But still she's trying hard to call KK
Teju: kar.....raaa....aann..... Ahhh.... Sun.....nny........ahhh......
She's crying so much.
Here suddenly KK wakes up not feeling Teju in sleep. He saw she's not there on bed
KK: Teju kaha gayi?
Suddenly he hears Teju's scream though it's not so much audible as she has no strength to scream loudly.
KK: Teju.....
He immediately rushes to washroom. He saw her rolling on floor in pain.
KK: Teju....
He immediately goes and patted her cheeks.
Teju: Sun....nny..... Ahhhh..... it's paining.......ahhh.... I..... I can't...... Sunny.....
KK: Teju, calm down baby. Di..... Mumma....... Wait Mai di ko bula ke lata hu
He rushes to Poonam di's room. He starts banging the door
KK: di...... Please open the door..... Di....
Poonam di opens the door

They all help Karan to lift her. Bharat has already taken out the car. KK and Teju sits behind. Poonam di sits in passenger sit and Bharat is driving. Teju is crying and screaming in pain. But her voice is getting slow
Poonam: Sunny, Teju ko unconscious maat hone Dena. Keep talking to her
KK is patting her cheeks.
KK: baby, don't get unconscious.
Teju: muj.....jhse..... aur...mm nehi ho.......raha..... hai. Sun......nny......
They reach at hospital. But Teju has become unconscious becoming tired. They take her in emergency ward.
Doc comes out. Other family members have already reached there. Tm and TD also have cone there.
Poonam: doc, usse hosh aaya?
Doc: doc Poonam you know that unka hosh mei aana bohot jaruri hai. We tried so much, but Tejasswi is not coming in sense. Agar aisa hua toh bachche ki jaan ko bhi khatra hosakta hai
KK: aapne toh date diya tha. Usse pehle kaise usse delivery pain ho sakta hai? Woh bhi 8 months ki beech mei hi
Doc: Karan, she's having twins. So kabhi kabhi Aise early labour ho sakte hai. It's rare case
KK: doctor Teju ki toh surgery hone wali thi na. Toh aap abhi surgery nehi kar sakte?
Poonam: nehi, Sunny. It's not possible. Because ek baby ki head already Bahar hai. Toh abhi normal delivery hi Karna Hoga. Surgery possible nehi hai
KK: doc, do something but please save my wife.
Doc: we will try our best. Please calm down and pray for her
Doc leaves from there. KK sits on bed bench and clutches his hair in frustration. Everyone is tensed. They don't know how to console KK at this stage.
