Mattheo's POV

I enter the library and quickly find Iris.

"Well hello." I walk up to her.

She glances at me. "Are you playing peacemaker?"

"Yeah..." I chuckle nervously. "Can you just forgive them? Like really forgive them and not act like you did but you really didn't."

"What's in it for you?" She huffs.

"Not dealing with the awkwardness." I shrug.

She looks at me her eyebrows raised.

Why do you care so much?

I just do. Please forgive them, they probably followed me in here so it'll look weird with us just staring at each other.

She snorts at the comment. "Well you might have to deal with the awkwardness for a little while longer."

"Why?"

"Just to make sure they really mean what they say. Now shoo, I want to finish this book." She waves me away returning to her book.

I huff and walk out the library.

I could see if Draco wants to work on the cabinet...

I head to Slytherin's common room and knock on his dorm door.
After a few seconds he opens the door.

"Yeah?" He asks.

He looks horrible. It seems like he didn't sleep last night, his hair was brushed when I saw him this morning but it seems like he's pulled at his hair a few times. Or maby someone else...

Did he already?

"Hey, are you free?"

He nods.

"I wanted to see if you wanted to..." I hesitate, our plans still have to be secret.

He gets it. "Alright, let me just grab Crabbe and Goyle and have them stand guard."

I nod and head to the common room.

Has he really moved on? That quickly, or is it just stress and he's been pulling at his own hair.

I don't know Draco's habits just yet. Not like how I know Iris's so I cant tell what he's been doing...
Yet...

Draco walks down with Crabbe and Goyle, who's been transformed into girls.

"Why are they?" I point.

"Because, these two are almost always seen with me, so if people saw them hanging around somewhere, they'll assume I'm nearby." We exit the common room. "But if people saw two little girls."

Goyle, I guess scowls

Draco doesn't even notice. "They won't think much of it."

I nod.
We reach the room of requirement and go inside.

We weave out way though the junk and approach the cabinet.

"This looks... better than I left it." Draco muses looking at the cabinet.

I shrug. "I did a bit of repairing while you guys were in class."

He nods and opens the door. "I just want to see what the condition is." He mutters pulling out an green apple.

"Do you just keep apple's on hand?" I told my head to the side.

"Yeah, I like them and I don't always know when I'm gonna eat, so I make sure I have a few apples in my pocket." He places the apple inside the cabinet. "Besides using an apple is easier than a bird."
