Ravi:I take a deep breath smelling the flowers from all the way over here. I've been standing outside the fence of this garden every day since the summer break started.
I walked past the big old house as I did every day on my way home when I saw that something was different now. Something new was hiding among those enchanting overgrown bushes and trees.
For 16 days I've been going here just hoping to maybe catch a glimpse.Kalinda
I slowly make my way closer, careful to not step on any branches or walk out in the open away from my hiding spots.
When I'm close enough to see him properly I stop and hide behind the big rose bush. It's a big man with thick dark hair reaching right below his shoulders, without shrinkage it's probably longer than mine. He's looking into the garden, almost like he's searching for something. Thinking about that makes me nervous so I sit down lower in an Asian squat. I continue studying his appearance, he doesn't look scary just a bit unusual I'd say. He wears baggy clothes like the times I've previously seen him. Up close I notice the print on his shirt, Radiohead and a picture I don't recognize from any of their album covers, it must be vintage then. I would totally wear his pants, the wash is a muted blue color and the fabric looks worn in and soft. He moves, facing the street now. Trying to look casual, I guess. He's fidgeting with his hands and twitching his shoulders almost as he can feel being watched. Can you really sense that or is it just something you say? From this angle I can see his face better, big brown eyes and pretty lips. His chubby cheeks are covered with dark acne scars. He turns around again, this time looking in my direction. I stop breathing as if that would make me turn invisible. He shouldn't be able to see me, right?!
