CH (9) Promise

pooh: PAVELLL!!!

after rushing to the bedroom, he let out a sigh of relief when he found the door of the room still locked as he left it.

quickly taking the key out of his pocket and opening the door, the first thing he noticed was the empty bed.

 but before he can panic, he found a small body sitting on the ground in the dark corner of the room with his knees pulled to his chest and his head resting on his knees.

pooh: baby?

after hearing his voice, pavel immediately ran towards him while wrapping his hands around his neck hugging him tightly.

pavel: p'tinnn 

pavel: p'tin are you ok?.. did you go to the hospital?.. Is your shoulder ok?.. Is it still bleeding?.. are you hurt somewhere else?.. p'tin are.....

even after everything that happened, this boy still cared about him asking if he is ok.

even after knowing that he could have been badly hurt because of pooh.

pooh couldn't help but kiss that mouth of him so he would shut up.

pavel was surprised at first but didn't push him, he still put his hands on pooh's cheeks kissing him back.

pavel: p'tin

looking at the shying boy in front of him with his red cheeks and tears clinging to the corner of his eyes, he couldn't help but pull him by his waist to kiss his soft lips one more time.

pooh: well I am fine, see?

pavel: but why did p'tin leave?. did you go to the hospital?.I wanted to come with p'tin too

pooh: no I didn't go but I needed to take care of something and I left you here so you would be safe. it's dangerous if you come with me, ok?

pavel: but pavel is safe with p'tin. p'tin protected pavel today.

pooh: that's right. and I will always protect you, my baby

pavel smiled shyly at him after hearing the nickname, pulling pooh closer while kissing his lips again

pooh: pavel?

pavel: yes, p'tin?

pooh: promise me you will be careful from now on. if I am outside, stay in this room and don't go wandering in the mansion, ok?... and don't talk to anyone.

pavel: but... what's going on?

pooh: don't be scared, ok?.. like I said, I will always protect you pavel.

pooh: but I can't take you with me while I am out. It's so dangerous baby

pooh: that's why I need you to keep yourself safe here until I come back, alright?

pavel: so here....

pooh knew what pavel was trying to say, why can't you be safe in your own home? 

but that was pooh's normal life, he was already used to not trusting people and living with a constant danger. that was his line of work anyway and he wasn't scared of losing his life.

he never had anyone who cared about his life and him getting hurt, so he never cared himself but now having pavel in his life made pooh value his life more. he also wanted to live so he can protect pavel.

but right now he understands that all of this is new to pavel.

pooh: look, baby... there is one someone who used to work for p'tin but now he is not loyal anymore, he works for someone else as well. I still don't know who that person is.
