Today is a very special day for them as it is their first karwa chauth. Both of them have kept fasts for their significant other but 'she' does not know about 'him' fasting for her as well.
Both of them live with his parents and they are her favourite people to be around with. She shares a loving relationship with his mom and dad and they never made her feel indifferent in the family. Instead, they made her feel like family on the first day itself when he introduced her as the love of his life and the person with whom he wants to spend the rest of his life with💞
Her mother-in-law was preparing sargi for her dear daughter-in-law, herself and her son. Except our protagonist, everyone were aware of him wanting to keep a fast for her and happily supported his wish.
In the meantime, while talking about lovebirds, they were peacefully sleeping, being wrapped around each other's embrace. The sun had started rising up and the sunrays peeked in through the window and fell on her face waking her up. She opened her eyes and that's when she noticed him.
He was looking adorable while sleeping and a smile crept on her face adoring him. She rested her hand on his cheek and leaned closer, kissing on his forehead gently. Then, she got up from the bed and went inside the bathroom to get ready for the day.
