I held my breathe as I straightened my back. Something's wrong, I slowly walked to my door and stood dead silent focusing on the voice. Following the giggles I climbed up the stairs and found myself in front of a huge old door I knew no existence of. Taking a deep breathe, I pushed open the door and was welcomed with lots of dust and spider webs. The huge, dark room was too old like no one has been here since I don't know for how long. I placed one foot inside and the power came back but it didn't affect the surrounding as it was still dark just not as dark.

I entered and tried dusting my way through. Squinting my eyes, moving my hands I finally found the switch board. I pressed the switch and surprisingly the light turned on. It was just a small old bulb giving dim light. I stood in the middle of the room and looked around. The room was so strange and creepy with a huge book shelf by the left corner containing lots of books, a piano on the right, a desk against the wall in front, some random furniture here and there with so many things splattered all around the place. The ceiling was damaged that it needed immediate fixing. As I walked forward I heard squeaking of rats, ignoring it I reached the wall. Placing my hand over it I dragged my hand towards the window and stopped as something touched my foot. I looked down and saw a photo, picking it up i tried figuring it out but soon got disappointed as the quality was totally ruined because of how old it was. Just as I was about to throw it I turned it around and saw something written on it,

'𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘦.'

The texts were almost fading. I shook my head and sighed but froze when something struck me. I raised my head with wide eyes, took two steps back, turned around and ran. As fast as I could, I ran downstairs, to my living room and started searching for the ENVELOPE. Clocks never appear in the dreams. I never set my alarm for the middle of the night. I never drank the coffee. I never went to my room to sleep. I looked under the coffee table, on the shelf, in the drawers, behind the cushions. Failing at searching I wondered if it really was just a dream, am I overthinking it? I turned towards my left, panting as my eyes fell on something below the desk I quickly couched down and reached my hand forward to pull the envelope. Getting back on my feet I clumsily opened it and pulled the paper out. I whispered, 'your life is going to turn upsi-

SLAM!. The door shut and I tilt my head upwards, feeling my heart racing. My room. There's someone there. An intruder? A thief? A who? Holding the letter tightly in my hand I forced my legs to move forward. Somehow I reached upstairs and stood in the hallway too scared to move, sweating and shaking like a leaf. What if I die here? What if it's my last night? Gathering some courage I tried finding something to attack just in case. Hopefully I found a metal candle stand, taking it along with me I reached my bedroom door.

Raising my hand I stopped midways, my fingers curled into a soft fist and after contemplating for few seconds I pushed the door open with sudden force and stepped on a blue flower. I closed my eyes and pressed my lips together to relax myself. Why am I finding flowers everywhere, I thought as I picked it up. I took slow and counting steps into my bedroom still clutching the candle holder in one hand and the flower and the letter in the other.

The rain has stopped long ago so it's just the moonlight reflecting in the room. I looked around, the room was as quite as before, nothing was misplaced. I checked the bathroom, no was there. Argh! The wind!, I complained, stomping my foot while looking out the window. I sat on the bed placing everything on the nightstand except the flower. there was something about this, it's beautiful yet it's giving strange vibes. The scent makes me dizzy.

I kept staring at it like I was hypnotized until I felt my bed dipping and someone breathing near my nape. My eyes widened, I opened my mouth but nothing came out of it. Not moving my body, I just moved my eyes towards my left. Turning around I saw nothing but my door closing. Something smokey reached my nose and before I knew it, I fell on my bed and everything went blank.
