"Pure terror is that icy emptiness that invades you when, if only for a moment, your obsession escapes you."My phone in hand, I look at the cameras in the house, or rather at one in particular: the one where Aris must be. My eyes widen in horror. She was gone! My fear had come true. I got into my car and sped off, even if it meant squealing the tires. Thirty minutes was too much, I should never have left. That fucking fat pig had wasted my time with his nonsense, he's incapable! If I don't find Aris when I get back, I'm going to kill him, I'm going to slaughter him so badly, I'm going to have to scoop him up with a spoon.
I was going so fast I couldn't make out the landscape. Five minutes to go. My forehead was beading with sweat from the stress I was under. Aris needs me in her life, she needs me to lead her. So that she can stop making decisions on her own.
Aris, if you're gone my world collapses, I start to see blurred, my ears ring. I'm in the throes of anguish.
I arrive in front of the house lit by the car's headlights. I get out without even turning off the engine, panic making me forget everything. Crossing the few meters that separate me from the interior, I stop dead in my tracks. There she was in front of me, barely holding on to two legs, wearing clothes, my clothes.
You want to fuck her.
Shut up!
She looks at me, then glances at the door. Aris starts to run in the opposite direction but ends up stumbling, not even a hundred meters further on the faded lawn. I look at her and start laughing, an echoing laugh.
I'd arrived just in time, all fear had vanished, leaving only Chaos.
I had to make her regret it. I step forward and crouch down to his level.
— Little puppy...
I stroked her head, her eyes filled with fear. She was scared to death and I was delighted.
— Please, let me go.
— My little puppy. Keep on being scared, keep on suffering, suffocate. Your fear is a delicacy I want to feast on.
I grab her by the arm and drag her toward the car while she's still struggling. I get a hard-on. Placing her body against the hood of the car, I pull down her pants. Licking my fingers and inserting them inside her, she cries out as she tries to push me away.
— You have to understand that in my world, I've built a cage, and it's for you, you're my obsession Aris. You'll never get out of this cage.
I hold her hips as I thrust into her repeatedly. The car's headlights cast our silhouettes on the surrounding surfaces. She was at my mercy, and all the anguish I'd accumulated over the last 30 minutes I was unloading onto her body.
One question remained: how did she get out? I had programmed the system that should have triggered an explosion. Nothing had happened, and I'd even taken the time to lock the room she was in. My eyes fell on the untouched house. Then on her. I put my lips to her ear and whispered icily.
— How did you get out?
She doesn't answer, so I grab her hair.
— Answer me!
I was still inside her, but I could see her face clearly. This bitch wouldn't loosen her tongue. All right, then!
— Things would have been easier, for both of us, if you'd answered, bitch.
I put my hands around her neck and started squeezing.
— I'll stop when you answer!
I couldn't even get it up anymore, my heart was beating out of my chest. She still didn't say anything, I could feel her body starting to weaken. I pulled back and released her neck. At the same time, she fell to the ground coughing. Aris glared at me. Strangely, I liked his eyes, they were so deep. That's the only place I'd like to drown.
— Stop looking at me or I'll gouge your eyes out.
I had to instill fear in her, she couldn't love me. It was impossible.
— Get up, we're going home.
She struggles to her feet and climbs into the back of the car. That's better, I get behind the wheel and punch in the code to open the basement. Once parked, I get out, open the door and force her out, slamming the door behind her violently. I'm going to lock her up for the night or risk killing her.
I pull her into the elevator, digging into my jacket with my right hand.
Then I take out my phone. Her eyes land on me, I can feel them but I can't look at her.
— Look at the floor, I didn't let you admire me.
The anger wouldn't go away. Why am I in this state? Just because she went out? I was losing my mind when it came to her.
When I got downstairs, the elevator door opened and I was the first to get out.
— Your name... is Lov Braham. You're the famous lawyer.
I stop dead in my tracks. How did she know that? How did she know my personal information? I turn and lunge at her, grabbing her by the neck.
— You went through my stuff! You should never have done that.
— You're shocking him, even though you're the first person to have delved into my privacy.
I smile and end up laughing out loud. I understood her little game: she was trying to get me off my game. I let her go and locked the elevator.
— You should never have known that. Now it's too late. But if it comes out of your mouth, it'll be the last thing you say before I shove your tongue down your throat!
I push her towards the only place she deserves to stay: the cage!
