Mallory: * walks in the house * I'm home
Stokes: hey kid how was school
Mallory: it was fine as always
Stokes: that's good
Mallory: hey is it okay if Jase comes over tonight
Stokes: for what
Mallory: we're doing a project for chemistry
Stokes: alright I guess that's fine
Mallory: thanks Stokes...have you heard anything from Uncle Ralph
Stokes: I did
Mallory: how's he doing
Stokes: he's doing just fine, trying to stay out of trouble as possible
Mallory: okay well I'm going to be in my room
Stokes: alright then
Mallory: * walks upstairs to her room *

Later at night

Jase: this doesn't make sense at all
Mallory: why don't we each just make our own photon cannon for the science fair
Jase: well...
Mallory: * smirks * and that way we can spend less time arguing and more time kissing
Jase: okay we'll each make our own photon cannon

Jase: * puts his hand on her cheek *
Mallory: * blushes a little *

Mallory: * scoffs * you only knew my dad, you've never met my mom
Stokes: * sits down next to her * you're right I never knew your mom but I know how she and your dad were back then
Mallory: how would you know how they were
Stokes: remember the letter I told you about and it said that your dad has given me full custody of you
Mallory: yeah
Stokes: well in the letter that your father wrote said that he made a video tape for you so that you won't forget them because you were really young when they passed
