Author's Note: Somehow, this chapter became super sappy, but maybe that's what was needed. Thank you for the continued support through views and votes. Happy reading!

Nut yawned as he made his way to the airport. He had feeling so tired and a bit under the weather for the past few days. His schedule hadn't exactly been nice to him; the fanmeeting in Seoul, flying back to celebrate his birthday, then attending the KAZZ Awards, going to see his birthday LED projects from the fans, and then now leaving for the fanmeeting in Taipei.

He knew everyone was exhausted, not just himself, but he felt so worn down. And yet, he had so much fun the past few days. Seoul was a beast in itself; Nut put 110% of himself out there. He and Ping brought out some of their best. Nut lost himself when dancing to 'Love Shot', it was like he was possessed during the event. There was more touching, more body rolls than before. Nut really did let himself loose.

Maybe it was the two shows in a day that took it out of him. He had slept the whole plane ride back and woke up with so many messages from friends and fans on his birthday. He was able to spend time with people close to him, even though Sai had been busy with his own workshop. At least his boyfriend had posted a message for him; of course the photos made Sai look good and Nut more silly. But he was able to be with Pop, Topten, and Garfield.

It was sweet that P'Ping had posted something in the wee hours of the morning, even though he probably was just as sleep deprived as the rest of them. He knew Ping was working hard at the gym to build his physique into Koson for their series. And despite everything, Ping remained so kind-hearted and thoughtful. No doubt whomever was lucky enough to be with Ping, would be well taken care of.

Ping had offered to go to the airport with him, since everyone was making their own plans. This was the first time since the fanmeetings started that he wouldn't be meeting up with his little Labubu family until they were at the gate. Nut hadn't wanted to go alone so he gladly accepted Ping's invite. And it just happened that they had both worn baby blue, Ping in an 'L.A' shirt and Nut himself in a striped button up. He had liked the blue from his KAZZ Awards suit and he bought blue brooches in Seoul to match.

Nut was sure he and the rest of the Labubu boys had worn black enough times to the airport. To try and cover his tired eyes, Nut brought along a couple pairs of glasses. He was into fashion frames, so he had extras to spare. He couldn't forget a pair of sunglasses; when his eyes were tired, he was extremely sensitive to light.

Ping's condo was suited to him. Nut could see various gym equipment, his badminton racquet bags, his small set up for when he did TikTok lives complete with ring light and microphone. It was cute that the microphone was pink. Lately, Nut was into the color pink, more and more. His birthday cakes had been pink; his desserts were always pink because he loved strawberry desserts. He had worn a pink shirt on a day out with the girls. Maybe he would get a pink microphone himself, didn't BTS' Jin have one too? And if he got a pink microphone, he would need pink in-ears to match! Sai would have a cow if he knew that Nut was thinking about spending so much money on unnecessary equipment. But lately Sai hadn't been around so, what Sai didn't know, wouldn't hurt him right?

"I'm sorry P'Nut, I just need another moment," Ping apologized as he went to double check the items in his bag, making sure he had his passport, his wallet.

Nut just smiled softly. Ping was too thoughtful. Nut knew he was so lucky to have someone like Ping as his partner. Handsome, kind, caring, warm. Even on set, Ping was that way.

When they had first met, Ping was so quiet and kept mostly to himself. A lot of the other members had a hard time approaching him. But Nut was curious and was drawn in by his striking features and athletic build. So Nut threw caution to the wind and approached, breaking the ice with the former Youth League Badminton player. Nut got to know the soft-spoken man and as they warmed up to each other, he found a complete opposite side to the quiet man.
