RUHAAN POV 🎸

Today we are leaving for Delhi as Papa got retired from army.
We are not only leaving this place, we are leaving the bonds we created with people. We are leaving the people behind with which I spend my childhood.

I will miss this place, my neighbor specially my best friend Raj Solanki.
However, we promised each other that we will take admission in same college and talk daily.
He is just not my best friend , he is my soul brother from another mother.

Right now I am seeing my room for the last time. I don't when tears gathered in my eyes.

It is not easy to leave a place where you spend your childhood. This room or house is a castle of our memories.

Well I am looking forward to start a new life in Delhi.
We are shifting in my Dad's childhood friend neighbourhood.

Rishi uncle already manage everything related to our shifting there.

My riverie is broken by my sister Avni shouting.
I am sure Aditya is teasing her.
They never stop their bickerring but love is hidden in this.

Mumma glare at them and they stop bickerring.
Parents one glare is enough to make you shut.

Papa came and told us that its time to leave.
I am happy that i will experience new things , new lifestyle but there is a feeling inside my heart that we leaving that place where we bought up.
This place hold special place in my heart. I will always cherised the memories which i make here.

I heard car horns from outside.
Papa said, "let's come on everyone its time to leave otherwise we will miss our train. "

We all settled in car.
We all reached the station.

We take are seats in the train. I am travelling from train for the first time.
We decided to go through train because of Oreo.

Our journey from Jammu to Delhi is around 12 hours long. So i decided to sleep for sometime as i am not sleeping well from last 2-3 days.

By 2pm , we reached Delhi station.
First thing which i noticed about Delhi is there is huge difference in temperature of delhi and jammu.
I already know about it but this much difference i didn't expected.

Rishi uncle is came to pick us. We greet him.
By passing every minute, my excitement is increasing. Yes i am excited to explore Delhi.

Papa and uncle become emotional . They tightly hugged each other. Papa always tells us about his friendship with Rishi uncle.

We all settled in Rishi uncle's car.
On the way to uncle's house, papa and uncle showing us the places where they used to visit .

We reached Rishi uncle's house.
On the main gate, Rishi uncle's wife sharda aunty and their childern came and aunty did our arti.

This gesture is so postive and giving feeling of belongingness.

Rishi uncle introduce me and my siblings to their childern Ritik and kritika.

Rishi uncle said, "where is Trisha? "
Sharda aunty answered, "she is in the kitchen"

Trisha, nice name but who is she?

Rishi uncle answered my unasked question , " She is my elder daughter bacho amd she is of Ruhaan's age"

Sharda aunty said, "Bas khijiye ab kya sari baatein yhi krenge chle andr chal kar baatein kre, sab thak gye honge. "

All of us chuckled .

We all are proceeding towards the hall but Oreo came wiggling his tail with a grumpy face.
His grumpy face means he is hungry.

I said, " I will join you all after feeding oreo. "

Sharda aunty said, "Ruhaan beta you can feed oreo in the outer hallway",

I said, " Aunty you can call me Ruh "

Aunty smiled and said, "okay ruh beta"

I take Oreo to the outer hallway and this is near their main gate after crossing the garden.

I opened my bag and takeout treats for oreo.
I feed him. After feeding him i pat him until he slept.

I made my way towards the hall where everyone is settled.

But someone bumped into me and water feel on me making me wet.

I see straight to see who cause all this mess but what i see is honey brown eyes which are staring straight into my darks orbs and raced my heartbeats.
