CHAPTER 9

"Yeh haal behuda hai
Kis mood mein khuda hai
Kyun dil ki dhadkanon se
Maze mein khele
Yeh ludo samjhaao
Kya khaak dosti hai
Dar-dar ki naukri hai
Karne ko dil nahi hai magar kare jao.."

The girls looked to their side and saw 5 unknown men sat next to them.

"We would like to be left alone." Aashita said.

"Oh come on. Don't be boring. Have some fun." A guy said, running his finger down Shambhavi's arm. Shambhavi elbowed him in the stomach.

"We were having fun, until you arrived." Nimrat replied.

"Now, if you don't mind, FUCKING LEAVE US ALONE." Srijani said.

The men were about to say something when the leader felt a hand on his shoulder.

The girls looked up and saw Washington Sundar had placed his hand on the man's shoulder.

"I'm pretty sure she asked you to leave them alone." Washington said with a hint of anger in his tone.

The ICT boys surrounded girls tables. The men started sweating.

"We were just leaving." The leader said, nervously.

"Well then LEAVE." Devdutt said glaring at them.

"And leave fast." Dhruv said.

The men reluctantly got up.

"We don't like to repeat our words." Shubman said.

"LEAVE FAST." Abhishek shouted.

The men scurried away.

"Thank you, guys." Shambhavi said.

"It's fine Shambhu di. You okay na? I saw that leader touched you inappropriately." Devdutt asked in concern.

"Arey dekha nahi? Kaise kohni maari usse. Ek do ribs to tut hi gaye honge." Dhruv joked.

"Join us guys." Srijani invited.

"It's okay, Srijani. We don't want to intrude." Washington said and smiled.

"You're not intruding anything. Join us." Saina said.

"Please." Saina gave them her puppy eyes.

The boys sighed and took a seat.

All of them were talking about random things. Washington was staring intensely at Shambhavi and Shambhavi sensing his gaze blushed. Washington put his hand on her exposed thigh making Shambhavi choke on her drink.

"Tum thik ho, Bhavi?" Shubman asked in concern.

Shambhavi nodded.

"Yeah, I'm good." Shambhavi said and smiled awkwardly.

Washington smirked and took a sip of his drink.

"Main abhi aayi." Shambhavi said and got up.

"Kaha jaa rahe ho didi?" Saina asked.
