The Sasaki Police Station was busier than usual. Upon arriving, the police officers kindly cleaned Aqua up as Ai's blood began to dry on his clothes and hair. Ruby was given refreshments, which she hesitantly accepted, to hopefully ease the tension and anxiety she might have felt. Because of their age, both twins were only asked simple questions; however, the victim counseling went on for quite some time. It couldn't be helped, considering the circumstances. While the two kids were each spending their time in the counseling rooms with their respective therapists, Ichigo was brought to the interrogation room to answer a few questions; Miyako arrived shortly after she handled the concert cancellation mess back at the agency. Since Ryosuke wasn't found yet, their time at the station didn't last long.

After the victim counseling ended at around 5 P.M., Ichigo and Miyako took the kids back to their home. Aqua still had a blank expression on his face, filled with anguish, emptiness, and self-loathing. Ruby, on the other hand, constantly sniffled as she looked down and fiddled with her tiny hands, holding onto hope that her mother would be okay. Upon arrival, Miyako took them to a vacant bedroom where they could rest. It was a long day for them after all.

Ichigo slumped onto the couch, staring up at the ceiling and pondering what came next. "My agency's done for," he muttered to himself. "Ai's in surgery - God help her, all the money and time we invested for the concert has been reduced to ashes, and we don't even have a bloody clue where that bastard is!" He smacked his right fist against the cushion in frustration and anger, letting out a mad grunt. Whoever this piece of shit is, he better count his days. You call yourself a fucking fan?! I might as well be called the Prime Minister of Japan!

As Miyako silently shut the door to the vacant room, she tiptoed towards the living room. Ichigo still had a pensive yet irritated look on his face. She sighed and took a seat beside him. "The twins are finally asleep," she said calmly.

"Good," he sighed loudly, "they deserve it after the morning they went through."

"I still can't believe this happened..." Miyako curled her fingers into a tight fist, worry and sadness plastered all over her face. "...I mean, how is it possible that she was compromised?? We took all of the necessary precautions!"

Ichigo exhaled through his nose and shook his head. "I don't know, Miyako. I wish I could tell you." He interlaced his left hand with her right, squeezing it tightly. "I just hope the cops will find this bastard before I officially lose it!"

"Shh, keep it down!" she hushed him, placing her left hand over his. "We don't wanna wake them."

"Ugh, you're right," he replied with an exasperated sigh while rubbing his head vigorously. He took his sunglasses off and dropped it on the coffee table in front of them. "Just when I thought we finally cut our losses..."

Miyako saw her husband's desperate and displeased eyes. She gave him a quick kiss on the cheek. "We'll get through this, Ichigo," she responded softly with a small smile, "we always do." She laid her head on his shoulder, sighing and contemplating. If Ai doesn't get through this, I have to be ready. We have to be ready... for whatever comes next for our agency... for our lives!

"I hope you're right." Ichigo took his phone out of his right pocket, scrolling through the different posts on social media. It consisted of various posts regarding the cancellation of the Tokyo Dome concert as well as the attempted murder on Ai. He gripped the sides of his phone tightly, whispering under his breath, "What a mess..."

A couple minutes later, the doorbell rang, causing the couple to perk their heads up. Ichigo let go of Miyako's hand and shuffled towards the front door. Since the residence didn't have a peephole nor a doorbell camera, he had no choice but to open it just enough until the chain stopped it from fully exposing him. "Can I help you?" the president asked with a confused tone.
