CHAPTER | 006
"MY family isn't here so you don't need to be scared" jungkook said as he holds your hand. "i have already told the staff that i was bringing you" he smiles. "what if your parents come back?" you asked. "they won't. they're across the country. they left this morning" jungkook said. entering the palace, your eyes widened when you saw all of the maids, butlers and other staff line up. "meet my girlfriend, (y/n)" jungkook introduces his staff to you. you see them all bow down. "oh please don't bow!" you said. "prince jungkook has told us we should as you are to be our future queen once he takes the crown" one of the maids spoke up.
"the staff here in the palace wishes to see me as king instead of my brother" jungkook said. "we are very happy to know our prince jungkook has met someone. he has never brought any of his friends here so we were so excited to find out that he's dating someone" the maid said. you look at jungkook who was blushing. "i'm glad to be the first" you smiled. "w-we will be in my room. i will inform you if we need you" he said, dragging you away. jungkook leads towards his bedroom where he made sure it was clean. even though he has maids, he likes to clean his room unlike his twin. your eyes widened when you saw his huge bedroom. you rush over to his bed and jumped on it. "it's so comfy" you said as you stretched your arms.
the prince smiles and laughs. "i'm glad you like my bed. all beds in the palace are like this so our bed will be this comfy" jungkook lays down beside you. "our bed? if i become your queen, i want my own room" you said. "but i thought we would share a room?" he pouts. "oh, are we?" you decided to tease him. jungkook pulls you into his arms which surprised you. "yes, we are. but if you want a room for your space, i won't mind giving you one. i'll give you the biggest room in the palace" jungkook said. "that's if you get 100,000 supporters" you got up from the bed. "i will. i will make sure so you can get your revenge" he said getting up too.
"speaking of revenge, i signed us to volunteer as chefs to help feed the homeless. i also have been working on plans to helping find homes for homeless" you said pulling out your phone. jungkook wraps his arms around your waist and rest his head on your shoulder. "what's this?" you asked with a chuckle. "i don't know. we started dating but we always talking about plans for getting me king" he replied. "we still have time for me to get more supporters. we have two years" jungkook added. "you're right. so what should we do?" you asked. "we can go to the theater room and watch movies. we can see the new movies" he said. "sure" you smiled.
jungkook grabs your hand and was about to lead you to the theater room until his eyes widened when he saw his mother. "m-mom, what are you doing here?" jungkook asked. "i didn't want to leave you home alone. and who is this?" she looks at you. you immediately bow down. "greetings your highness, i am (y/n)" you said as you let go of jungkook's hand but the queen notices it. "are you his girlfriend?" she asked which made his eyes widened. "m-mom!" he said. "what? i don't want to assume anything" she said. "i am" you replied with a smile. the queen smiles and hugs you. "ah! i am so happy. jungkook never brings any of his friends over so i'm so glad to know he not only has friends but a girlfriend. would you like to stay for dinner?" the queen asked as she holds your hands and stares at you.
"i would love to" you smiled. "please, inform the chef to add another plate" the queen looks over at her lady in waiting. "of course, your highness" she said as she pulls out her phone to inform the chef. "i would love to talk to you more but i don't want to disturb you guys so i will see you at dinner. if you need anything, let the maids know" the queen said. "i will, your highness" you replied. "great! if you excuse me, i have things to do" she smiles and walks off with her lady-in-waiting. you look over at the prince who was blushing like crazy. "aw, you're blushing" you cup his cheeks. "i can't believe you just met my mother" he said. "of course i have to. as your future queen, i have to meet her at some point" you said. "i'm just glad it was my mom. if my dad was here, he wouldn't be supportive like my mom" he said. "even if he does find out, i wont leave you. i will do everything i can to make sure i won't leave you" he said and you smile. you gave him a kiss on his cheek which made his cheeks red again.
"just know that i will fight for you, my dear prince"
