CHAPTER | 007
TWO years has passed since you met prince jungkook. the two of you are now seniors and once again president and vice president of the school. people realized that you and jungkook brought a lot of changes the first year so they nominated you two again. jeongsan still tries to out beat jungkook in any way he can. he still has a lot of people supporting him to be the future king yet jungkook is gaining popularity nowadays. all thanks to you. you have helped a lot these past years and he's very thankful to have you in his life. you're the only person who has stayed with him and hasn't fallen for his twin's lies.
walking through the empty hallways, you were too busy reading your notes to realize you had bump into someone. "studying hard, i see" you look up to see prince jeongsan. "yes" you said . "congratulations on being vice president again. don't you think it's better if you're president? i mean, you are the one who comes up with ideas. not my brother" jeongsan said. "we both come up with ideas. beside being president is more work" you said. "i see. how is my brother doing? i'm sure you're tired of him being clingy. he has always been like that since we were kids" jeongsan said. "i like his clingy side. if you don't have anything else to say, i will been leaving since i have a busy schedule today" you said trying to leave yet he grabs your hand. "let go of me, your highness" you said. "you don't have to lie. i know how clingy jungkook can get. he has always been clingy since we were kids" jeongsan said.
"i said i like that side of him. what more do you want me to say" you said as you tried to pull yourself away from him yet he was too strong. before he could say anything, the bell rang and students started leaving their classrooms. you watch him let go and you took it as a chance to run. you headed towards the student council room where you saw jungkook reading the files you left on his desk. he looks up and smiles at you before getting up from his chair. he walks over to you and grabs your hand to kiss it yet his eyes notice how red your wrist was. "who did this?" he asked. "i'm okay, jungkook" you said yet he shook his head. "you're not. not only am i the president but your boyfriend so who did this" he asked. "jeongsan" you replied. you took tell by his eyes he was mad.
the relationship between him and jeongsan gotten worse after their mother has side with jungkook and been introducing him to very important people. "he didn't do anything else, right?" he asked. "no. the bell rang before he could anything else" you answered. your eyes widened when he pulled you into a tight hug. "i'm just glad you're safe now. if he tries to do anything, let me know. okay?" he kisses your forehead. "i will" you said. the door opens to reveal the secretary, manoban lisa. she transfer here a year ago and hasn't been corrupted by prince jeongsan. she gets a bad vibe from him and because you two are the only ones who see it, she sticks to you two. "sorry! i should have knocked" she apologized and tries to leave yet jungkook stops her. "no, lisa you're fine. we shouldn't be acting like a couple in school. we're sorry" he apologized.
"oh! i got an email back from the venue" lisa said which made you happy. "great!" you smile brightly. as you and lisa started talking, prince jungkook left the room and headed towards the rooftop just as the text message he received said. he didn't want to tell you about the text since he didn't want you to get worry. once at the rooftop, he saw a face he never expected to show their face again. "what do you want from me, kim mingyu" jungkook asked as he crossed his arms. "back down from the race for the crown" he said which made jungkook laugh. "you're not worthy to be king" mingyu argued. "and jeongsan is?" the prince asked. "you still act childish, jungkook! you can't even let go of your emotions towards your own brother" his ex-best-friend yelled. "because he ruined my life! you even complain about it!" the prince yelled back. "jeongsan made me understand why he was behaving like this. can't you just give up?" mingyu asked.
"and let my brother win again? not a chance. after years of being a shadow, i finally stood up to him look where it got me! i'm happy with (y/n). i'm not giving up the crown" jungkook argued. "it's all her fault. she's the one who got you to attack jeongsan. i won't be surprised if she's only dating you for the money. everyone knows she's a gold digger" mingyu said. prince jungkook grabbed mingyu by the collar. "don't you dare call my girlfriend that. don't compare her to yourself. after all, you left me for my brother cause he bribed you. i'm not naive like before, mingyu" jungkook lets go. "i can get my hands dirty too. don't think jeongsan is innocent. he's the definition of the devil" the prince said before walking away. once he was inside, he saw his brother leaning against the wall. "next time don't send your dog to do your stupid work" jungkook said. "also, stay the fuck away from (y/n), jeongsan" he said.
"oh my! where did the old jungkook go?" his twin said. "she's mine and i'm never letting her go" jungkook said. "she will eventually leave. i mean, i did steal your crush. who's to say that i can't steal your girlfriend too" jeongsan said. this cause jungkook to throw a punch yet he didn't aim it at his brother because he knows what could happen if he did. "she will never fall for your stupid tricks" jungkook said.
"girls are stupid. don't come get mad when you see her wrapped around my finger"
