Joshua stands in front of his bed, eyeing the two dresses laid out before him. With a furrowed brow, he reaches for the brown zip-up sweater, slipping it on and examining his reflection in the mirror. "Hmm, this one or..." He switches to the black cardigan, paired with a white tee, but frustration creeps in. "Ugh." With a sigh, he tosses both options back onto the bed.

Usually, Joshua wouldn't bother much about his outfit. In Japan, people don't really sweat the small stuff like clothes, and he didn't have anyone to impress anyway. But today's different. Today, he's headed to Seokmin's office to drop off lunch, so he wants to make a good impression. "Alright, enough cardigans for now... I'll go with this one," he mutters, settling on the brown zip-up sweater before heading to the bathroom to freshen up.

As Joshua steps into the bathroom, he takes a moment to glance at himself in the mirror, running a hand through his hair in an attempt to tame any unruly strands. With a quick splash of water on his face, he feels a bit more awake and ready for the day ahead.

After a few minutes of getting himself together, he emerges from the bathroom, feeling a tad more confident in his choice of attire. Grabbing his bag and the lunch he prepared for Seokmin, he heads out the door, hoping that his effort to look presentable will be appreciated, even if it's just a little.

Joshua hops out of the cab, thanking the driver as he hands over the fare. Glancing around, he finds himself standing in front of a sizable company building. "KJ Techs," he reads the sign, confirming he's in the right place. With a nod of satisfaction, he heads toward the entrance, where a security guard greets him and grants him access.

Inside, Joshua makes his way to the reception area, where a friendly-looking woman sits behind the desk. "I'm here to deliver lunch for Lee Seokmin," he tells her, and she nods in acknowledgment, providing him with the floor number where Seokmin works. Expressing his gratitude, Joshua heads for the elevator, eager to complete his errand.

As the lift ascends, Joshua's mind drifts, wondering what Seokmin's reaction will be to the lunch surprise. He shifts his weight from one foot to the other, feeling a mix of nervousness and excitement. With a soft ding, the elevator doors slide open, revealing the floor where Seokmin's office is located. Stepping out, Joshua takes a deep breath, ready to deliver the meal and hopefully brighten Seokmin's day.

"Um, hello," Joshua calls out to the man standing near the coffee stand. His heart nearly jumps out of his chest when he sees Mingyu.

"Hey!" Mingyu cheers, grabbing his coffee and turning to Joshua. "Seokmin said you were bringing lunch today?"

"Yeah, actually," Joshua replies, smiling as Mingyu holds the door open for him. "You work in the same department as him?"

Mingyu nods enthusiastically. "Yep, we're all in the same boat here," he says, leading Joshua to a desk corner.

"We're here!" Mingyu announces, and Joshua finds three pairs of eyes turning towards him. Seokmin, Wonwoo, and a blonde-haired girl.

"Hey, Joshua, what a surprise," Wonwoo says, getting up to hug him, and Joshua returns the hug with a smile. They were all becoming quite the group.

As Joshua looks over, he sees Seokmin moving towards him. "Did you have any trouble finding your way here?" Seokmin asks, pulling Joshua closer.

"No, it was smooth sailing," Joshua replies, pushing a stray hair behind his ear, feeling Seokmin's hand intertwine with his.

"And who's this?" Joshua looks up to see the girl raising her brows at him.

"Oh, right, you two haven't met. This is my husband, Joshua, and Joshua, this is Hana," Seokmin introduces, and Joshua bows his head respectfully.

"Wow, I had no idea you tied the knot, Seokkie!" Hana exclaims, and Joshua feels a twinge of annoyance, tightening his grip on Seokmin's hand.

Seokkie? That's a new one.

"Yeah," Seokmin chuckles, and Hana nods. "Okay then, I'll catch up with you later," she says, walking away from their desk, leaving Joshua to pout and remove his hand from Seokmin's, unsure why he's feeling so jealous—

Jealous? Me? He thinks, furrowing his brows.

"Stop frowning, you'll get wrinkles," Seokmin says, flicking Joshua's forehead, earning a glare from the pretty boy, who huffs and places the lunch box in Seokmin's lap. "Here," he mumbles, leaning back in his chair. Wonwoo and Mingyu have already left for lunch, leaving just him and Seokmin at the desk.

Seokmin notices Joshua's mood and reaches out, gently squeezing his hand. "Hey, what's on your mind?" he asks, concern evident in his voice.

Joshua shakes his head, trying to shake off the lingering feelings of insecurity. "It's nothing, just... wasn't expecting to meet your coworker, especially one who calls you 'Seokkie'," he admits with a hint of playfulness.

Seokmin chuckles as he offers Joshua a piece of sushi, who responds with a playful pout before taking a bite. "Why so jealous?" Seokmin teases, a mischievous glint in his eyes.

"Jealous? Me? Nah, not at all," Joshua retorts, laughing lightly as he rolls his eyes, though there's a hint of tension in his voice.

"Shitto shiteru to hontou ni kawaii yo." (You look adorable when you are jealous) Seokmin remarks in Japanese, causing Joshua to furrow his brows in confusion. "Huh? What did you say?" he asks, revealing his ongoing struggle with the language despite his time in Japan, mostly conversing with Seokmin in Korean.

"Nothing," Seokmin replies with a smile, offering Joshua another bite of food, which he accepts cautiously, still processing Seokmin's earlier comment.

"You don't have to be jealous," Seokmin reassures, reaching out to gently tuck another strand of Joshua's hair behind his ear, their gazes locking for a brief moment before Joshua relaxes into a small smile.

"You know you're the only one for me, right?"
