3rd person pov

Walking back home , Both y/n and shinsou talked about various things, even playfully arguing about some of the certain topics. " I'm telling you,  cereal first then milk cuz like who puts the milk first ! " y/n exclaimed as she threw her hands in the air. "I do ! And it's not that bad " shinsou said , pointing at himself.

"But it gets soggy quickly that's gross ! " y/n said as she turned to shinsou's side to poke him in the chest , only to be met with air hitting her fingers.  " hey what the- , shinsou where did you go ! "
The h/c haired girl exclaimed In surprise . " I'm right next to you dumb dumb  , you just turned the wrong way again ." shinsou explained to his best friend as he turned her around to face him .

"Oh , thanks again " y/n said sheepishly while rubbing the back of her neck . Arriving at the h/c haired girl's house , shinsou asked her one more question. " y/n are you sure you'll be OK ?,you didn't tell your parents you went to the entrance exam,  you know how protective they are of you " He said with a nervous and worried tone .

"Shinsou I'll be fine trust me , even if they find out they can't force me to be inside for the rest of my life , ill figure a way out" y/n said with a smile on her face , happy her best friend felt worried for her . " alright,  just be careful of what you do " shinsou said as he walked away waving good bye at the h/c haired girl.

Entering her house or more like mansion, y/n took of her shoes off at the entrance and walked into the massive house . " I'm home " she said quite blandly as she walked around trying to sense for the couch .

" ah ! Y/n honey where have you been ! I got worried since you left at 8 am and came back so late , its 5pm now ! " y/n's mother exclaimed with a panicked tone looking at her daughter who was now seated at the couch. " sorry for worrying you mom , I had things to do " y/n replied.

" what were you doing for such a long period of time ! , y/n honey you need to understand that your condition makes you very vulnerable " her mother replied.

" I know but I can take care of myself mom , really " y/n said .  " alright, but where have you been y/n , I was about to call your father thinking you got kidnapped or worse "
M/n said with a hand on her chest.

" sorry for worrying you mom and to tell you the truth , I went to ... the U.A entrance exam,  please don't be mad mom I really want to be a hero ! " the h/c haired girl exclaimed with slight nervousness coursing through her . For a while there was only silence until y/n felt someone hug her , " m-mom ? " " honey I so proud of you,  even with your condition you still want to help others and I'm not angry at all just a bit worried but you go chase your dreams alright ."

The h/c haired girl was surprised yet suspicious of her mother but she hugged her anyway  . " thank you mom , you don't know how much this means to me ". she said with happiness laced in her voice .  y/n then quickly let go of her mother as she felt something familiar brush her leg and she chuckled . " hello to you too mao mao , you missed me boy ? " she said to her pet panther as she stroked his fur .

Mao mao let out a low purr at the action , clearly pleased in seeing the h/c girl again . " hope you haven't been too bored without me around " y/n said m sitting down on the floor as mao mao laid his head on her lap purring in delight.

" y/n honey what would you want for dinner ? " , m/n asked . " anything other [ disliked food ] would be fine ." Y/n replied lazily as she was occupied in petting mao mao . " alright then , dinner will be ready in an hour ." Her mother said as she ordered the head chef to make something.

Time skip

a while after dinner , y/n went to sleep early as she was tired from all the work she did today . Her father had arrived home right after she slept and her mother had told him everything.

" f/n shes still thinking of becoming a hero ! What do we do , I don't want my baby to get hurt . " m/n cried worried about the h/c haired girl's safety . " don't worry m/n well do whatever it takes to make sure she doesn't want to be a hero anymore even if it means taking extreme measure. " f/n said , sitting down on the couch as he pet a sleeping mao mao .

" what are going to do then ? " m/n asked , looking at her husband.
" first well let her have her fun then we come into action , which is to show her how cruel the world is , especially to her becuase of her condition " f/n explained .

"Will it work ? " m/n  asked again as she sat down next her husband  . It'll have to and if it doesn't , don't worry I have many more where that came from " f/n said .

Mao mao  :

◇ mao mao is a panther that f/n had brought home from a mission near a zoo , someone was trying to smuggle some of the animals for they fur , teeth etc.

◇ He had brought mao mao home thinking that is was a kitten that had been abandoned . F/n and m/n thought that y/n would need some company anyway so they kept him .

◇ Some years later the family of three noticed mao mao growing a bit bigger than the average size of a cat , so they took him to the vet only to discover that f/n had brought back a young panther those years ago .

◇ they were going to give it back to the zoo , as mao mao was actually one of the animals that lived there .

◇ but young y/n didn't want to leave mao mao as he was her friend during her childhood ( before she met shinsou ofc )

◇ so after some persuading , paperwork and rules from the Japanese government,  mao mao was able to stay .

I actually named mao mao after a character from a cartoon I watched as a kid do you now who and fro. What cartoon?
