When love lasts

A sweet reminiscence

"Are you both crazy?"mumma asked me and Rishi
"Hehe,we had fun though"I replied
and we looked at each other

it was the month of June,and it was a rainy day
it was the last period when it started to rain and I noticed as I sit near the window,I quickly look over to rishi and he was looking at me too
we both smiled because we knew exactly what we were about to do
"Shall we?"he asked holding his hand out
The class got over and we were near the staircase,we were all alone as everyone else already left
"Sure"I put my hand in his
and we went running down the staircase to the school gate (we did make sure no one saw us though as it would be...problematic)
near the school gate I took my hand back because of watchman uncle,I gave him a smile and we ran towards my society
we reached there and realised everyone was inside
but us being us we went to the park inside the society and danced
If there is one thing I can do perfectly it's dance
and he is....not so good at it,well he can sing and he can play the guitar
So he sang while sitting on the bench nearby and I danced
After a while he started to sing "perfect" by ed Sheeran
I went to him with puppy eyes,he understood what I meant,we can understand each other by the tiniest of gestures,that's just how we are.
"You do know I can't dance,right?"
"Yeah so?just follow me!!"
"Okay fineee baba"he said
He got up and asked for my hand(gentleman style)
I gave him my hand and did a little curtsy

we basically did a couple dance while he was singing perfect...in the rain
then we quickly ran to my home because I get cold easily and didn't want to get one right now

we got to my home and I asked mumma to make some chai for us
she does know that Rishi is my bestfriend
Well he is my bestfriend,there's really nothing more to it
mumma gave us chai while we sat and watched friends in the living room
and he went back home after a while

BACK TO PRESENT

well that wasn't a dream,it was a flashback of a someone who disappeared without any reason,it was a sweet reminiscence
It was around 4 am when I woke up because of this little reminiscence I guess so I went back to sleep
