Chapter.1

Edalyn Clawthorn, known as Eda. She's a young woman who's in love with her best friend; she calls them Rainestorm. She works as an English teacher at Hexside School. She thinks she has no chance with Raine.

Raine Whispers. They're a young person who's in love with their best friend; they call her Clamity. They work as a Music teacher at Hexside School. They thinks he has no chance with Eda.

Both are hopeless romantics, and would deny it if you asked them if they were dating. They act like they're a couple, but they actually arent. Neither would deny they do want to, but if you tell anyone, you're dead.

Lilith Clawthorn, known as Lily. She's a lawyer who doesn't have a love life because she's aromatic. She knows both Raine and Eda have feelings for each other; she would do something to set sail for the young best friends if it weren't for her sister's threats.

Darius Deamonne, known as Gay Boy from Eda,. He's gay, and he fucks a married man every weekend. He is also aware of Raine and Eda's feelings for each other, but again, he is thwarted by Eda.

The Four of them conceive the squad of this story.

Eda was sitting on her couch, watching TV while eating some chips. She was watching a drama-romance movie and critiquing it as much as she could.

"Is he blind ? Its OBVIOUS she likes him !! Like what's with the way they're acting ?! He got a girlfriend when he actually likes her ?! WHYYY !!!!" She yelled, getting frustrated.

She took the remote and paused the movie before falling down on the couch. She grunted. Suddenly, her phone started to ring. She slowly sat up, took her phone, and dropped it after seeing who was calling.

"Shit-" She quickly reached for her phone and looked at the caller. Rainstorm ⛈ was calling. She calmed herself down before answering the call.

"Rainestorm, Hi, hey.." She blurted out, mentally face-palming.

"Calamity. Hi, did I bother you ?" Raine asked.

"What? No !! No you didn't bother me, Raine. You would never bother me." She whispered the last part.

"What was that ?" They asked on the other side of the line.

"Wha-NOTHING! "

"Okay ? Anyways, mind If I come over,? I need to tell you something." They said.

"S-sure ! come over ! I totally don't mind !" She said, starting to freak out about the mess she had made.

"Great ! I'm out front; I'll just park !" Raine explained.

"YOU'RE ALREADY HERE ?!" Eda yelled as she jolted up. She quickly held her phone with her shoulder as she started to clean the mess.

"Yes ? Are you sure I don't bother you?" They asked, not wanting to bother their best friend.

"Yes, yes, I'm sure. Sorry, I just wasn't expecting it." She explained.

"That's alright, see you!"

"See you!" Eda quickly cut the call as she finished cleaning the living room and went to her own room. She took all of the clothes that were spread on the floor and on her bed, and she put some under the bed and some in the closet.

She quickly finished 'cleaning' her room and got ready. She wore a red off-shoulder sweater and black jeans. She then went to the bathroom, where she brushed her hair before putting it up in a ponytail. She brushed her teeth and put on some perfume and makeup before going to the front door. She quickly heard someone knock, and as she opened the door, she saw Raine.

"Rainestorm !! It's so good to see you!" Eda exclaimed, pulling them in a tight hug.

"Heh, It's good to see you too, Calamity. I didn't know you missed me that much. Hasn't it only been like... 2 days since we last saw each other?" Raine teased as they hugged her back.

"S-shut up! Dork.." She muttered, pulling back from the hug. She had a tint of pink on her cheeks as she blushed.

"So, what was it you wanted to tell me ? It must of been pretty important. " Eda curiously asked. Both of them were now sitting in the living room, with some coffee and biscuits.

"Ah, It's not that important... But if you really wanna know. I got a girlfriend !" They exclaimed. Eda was excited to hear what Raine had to say, but after hearing the news, her face dropped, Making Raine worried.

"Calamity ? Are you okay ? You're pale.." They worriedly asked.

"Y-yeah, I'm fine... E-excuse me, I'll go to the bathroom. Be right back." She excused herself, she knew she would break down at any moment now, and she really didn't want Raine to see her like that.

The stood up, and walked away towards the bathroom. She entered before closeing and locking the door behind her.

"W-why... Why does it hurt so much ?" She cried. She broke down right then and there, causing her knees to give up on her and she fell on the floor, clutching her heart from pain. She couldn't bare to hold it back anymore, they had found someone now. She had no chance. Suddently there was a knock on the door.

"Calamity... A-are you in there ?"

Eda was shocked to say the least, she was worried they would see her like that. She quickly stood up and washed her face from the tears and makeup that was ruined because of her own tears.

"Y-yea, I'm here. Did I take too long ? Sorry.." Eda said as she opened the door and walked out.

"No, that's alright. I just thought I heard someone crying." They explained as they both headed back to the living room.

"You should probably get going now ! I have some groceries to do !" Eda exclaimed, literally pushing Raine out the door.

"W-what, o-okay ? Wait-" The door was shut on their face, they knew something was wrong. But they also knew Eda wouldn't tell them, so they just left with a sigh.

After making sure Raine was gone, Eda put on her boots and jacket, took her car keys and went outside. She got in the car, started it before driving to the grocery store. She parks her car before going in the store, she takes a shopping cart, then heads to the alcohol section. She takes 8-9 bottles and then heads to the ice cream section, where she takes 11-12 boxs.

After paying, she goes back outside in her car and drives back home. Once home, she puts the groceries in the living room, changes into her pyjamas and goes back to the living room. That's when and how her ice cream depression started.
