The previous King of Asterin, Jeon Yul stood along with his sister, Jeon Seol beside him infront of a huge cherry blossom tree. The tree stood alone in the middle of the lake forming a small island in the water.
The lake is located in a particular place in between the two Kingdoms. Asterin & Riveryn.
The paper lanterns floating above the water made the whole lake glow golden in the faded evening purple light of the sky. The place looked like a part brought down from the heaven, onto earth. It looked unrealistically beautiful.
Crowds can be seen at the edges of the lake all around on both the sides. And more are gathering to send their lanterns to the middle of the lake to this small island with their wishes & messages written inside the lanterns.

Yul and Seol, only alone stood on the island along with a boat and a man sitting in it, waiting for them in the water.
Both of them keep the white roses turn wise above the grass under the cherry blossom tree, near to its roots that runs piercing into the ground.
White Roses. They brings back memories.
Both of them, then got down on their knees and bow to our sleeping bodies inside the soil. Two bodies that held each other in each other's arms so close and tight through death that they've to get them buried together like that.

A decade since we'd left our human bodies that still lay beneath this soil hugging each other tightly. But our son and daughter and the peoples of Asterin and Riveryn had never left us alone, not even for a single day.

Yul stays silent for a while before he answers, " It is. Even death couldn't separate them. They were always by each other's side through thick & thin of life. They died in each other's arms. And maybe even after death they still are together. They has to be. There's no doubt about it. "
