I put on a sweater some yoga pants , and some fuzzy socks. Everyone was coming to our house so I'm not gonna put shoes on til people get here. My hair was just in a messy bun and I didn't put on makeup. I washed my face and brushed my teeth and then went to get Marquis. Him, Shay, and Chris were downstairs. " Good morning yall." I said . "Morning" Shay and Chris said in unison. Marquis was still sleep so I sat on the couch and watched wild n out with them."Oh happy thanksgiving bookie." Shay told me. "Same to you." I told her.

I was wondering if Braxton was mad at me. I didn't do nothing to make him mad thought. so what I didn't tell him Tae was tryna fw me I mean it's not like we do. I handled the situation on my on so why is he pressed ?

It's 2:23 and I was hungry af. Ms. Erica had me and Shay serve everyone then finally after 20 plates later we ate. Niggas ain't even bless there food hungry asses just started eating. I had turkey, mashed potatoes, yams, and some greens. Me, Shay and Chris ate alone in the basement while the grown folks stayed up stairs.

"Where's Braxton ?" Chris asked me feeding Shay a piece of turkey.Omg they are the cutest. I had this vision of Braxton feeding me. I had to stop day dreaming . "He's in Virginia with his sister." I told him. "Ord." he said.

I didn't really have an appetite I just wanted to be with my baby.

I finished eating and went to my room and layed in my bed. I wasn't myself. I was feeling empty wtf. Oh Deja.

••Deja's P.O.V••

I had a really high fever. It was 106 degrees. I was having a lot of hot flashes as well so Shay took me to the hospital. We got there and the nurse took my temperature blood pressure and a few X-rays.

"Miss Deja can I speak to you alone for a moment?" She said. And that's when my whole day was ruined. I had stage 2 Kidney cancer. She said we found out at an early stage which is good so we can prevent it from getting worse.The nurse said this could be cured by an antibiotic and she will check on me in 2 weeks.

Tears ran down my face. I prayed this medication would work.

Husband😍💍 ; Baby. Please don't be upset or worry but I have cancer 😔😭. Imma be aight baby the doctor gave me some medicine it's only stage 2 and I go back in 2 weeks for a check up. I love you I'll call you in the morning.

••Braxton's P.O.V••

I was up all night thinking bout deja. my life will be a nightmare without her. Stop thinking like that Braxton I told myself. She gonna be ok.

I looked at the clock it was 1:23. I remembered deja telling me that's the day she fell in love with me. I stared at the clock til it turned to 1:24.

It was now 4:48. I realized I was crying. Hell no I don't cry I'm not no pussy nigga. Fuck. I tried telling myself she was gone be okay.

"Braxton ?" My mom said coming in my room. "why you still up we have to get up early tomorrow, well we'll prolly leave round 10." She told me. "I'm going to bed now just thinking." I told her. "Bout what?" She asked. I didn't wanna talk about it so I told her that. "ma I don't wanna talk about it. I'll tell you tomorrow though." "Ok get some rest" Ard ma. she gave me a hug and kiss and told me goodnight.

It was 5:23, & I finally cried myself to sleep.
