In English, we say "I'm fine"
But in poetry, we say...
"The weight of the blackend waters crash down onto me... trying to push and pull me to the depths of my demise.. yet I fight to keep my head above water.. sucking in watery gulps of the winds that sting my exposed flesh... making every moment just as unbearable as the last.. but I'm fine.."
