FLASHBACK
Jungkook sat by Taehyung's bedside, blaming himself for his friend's condition. Taehyung lay unconscious, his face pale and his breathing shallow. Jungkook's mind raced with guilt and anger, replaying the events that led to this moment.
Suddenly, his phone rang. He glanced at the caller ID and saw it was one of his most trusted men. Excusing himself from Jin, who was also by Taehyung's side, he stepped out into the hallway.
"What is it?" Jungkook answered, his voice tense.
"Boss, I have something important to say," came the urgent voice from the other end.
"I'm a bit busy right now. I'll talk with you later," Jungkook replied, rubbing his temples in frustration.
The man insisted, "You should listen, it's urgent."
Jungkook sighed, feeling the weight of the situation pressing down on him. "Fine, go on." His grip on the phone tightened as he patiently heard from the other side, "Are you sure about this?"
"Positive. Our sources are reliable. We need to act fast, or we could lose everything."
Jungkook's mind raced, "Alright. Mobilize our forces. Make sure we're ready for them. I'll be there soon."
"Understood, boss."
The man on the other end of the line was actually a spy. He had overheard the conversation between Taehyung and Minjoon. He relayed everything he had heard to Jungkook, though perhaps not the entire story, but enough for Jungkook to understand that Taehyung was planning to side with Minjoon.
