"bitch help me cook" he continued to cut the vegetables and handed areum some to cut

"lemme pose" areum made a peace sign pouting while jaeyun just stood there making a done face doing uis work
"ni-ki,you know the knife is in my hand my child" ni-ki smiled nervously and taking his cue to leave
everyone was doing the other decorations as jaeyun requested that the dinner should be perfect,they planned to eat the dinner at the backyard
heeseung glanced at the bestfriends time to time trying hard to keep his cool,for god sake he is a mafia and here he is doing the work himself when he could hire someone to do it but he couldn't because jayeun said...
"hey" areum whispered gaining jaeyun's attention "what" he whispered back
"your man is stealing glances at us" jaeyun gave her a disgusted face "bitch,i don't have a boyfriend"
areum gasped loudly "YOU DON'T?" everyones attention was on them now,great
"sorry guys,she is having identity crisis" areum fake smiled and everyone nodded and went back to what they were doing

"he would be a perfect boyfriend bestie" jaeyun chuckled shaking his head
"i mean yeah,i have a crush on him?i dont know but when i am wih him a get nervous and feel butterflies in my stomach whenever we talk " jaeyun explained his feelings as he was confused himself
"you are definitely in love,you know when i met ryujin i had the same things,my bestie is in love"
heeseung suspiciously looked at the two seeing them whispering to eachother he felt curious wabout what they were talking but you know curiosity killed the cat
he heard areum and again felt that burning sensation in him,jealousy

"dinner is ready!" areum put soju on the table and sat on the chair beside jaeyun
"im exited to see your guys reactions..trust me jaeyun's cooking is the best"
"alright lets dig in everyone" everyone started to eat the meal
ni-ki hummed "jake hyung,it is so tasty" jaeyun just gave him a smile "eat more kid"
"this is really good jaeyun,the best food i have ever eaten" sunghoon said only to recieve a kick on his foot from sunoo
"ouch" he hissed "my cooking is not good?" sunghoon gulped and understood what he meant
"of course my baby,your cooking is the best" sunghoon nervously smiled and started to ate the meal silently
"jaeyun you really cook great food i love it" jay also praised jaeyun
heeseung just sat silently enjoying his meal,his eyes only at jaeyun
he didn't knew why but the younger did something to him he never felt before
he wanted to have him close,just to him..heeseung looked away when jaeyun also stared back at him
"really jaeyun i miss you so much,i have to eat food outside becauae i dont know how to cook..please teach me how to cook jaeyuniee" areum clinged onto his arm a little tipsy from drinking
"why do you drink when you can't handle it?" he shooed her away
chuckling
"you know your food tasted just like the food you mom used to coo-" jaeyun froze hearing about his mother,which he really didn't wanted to
"uhm...." areum cursed herself as she looked back at jaeyun who seemed a bit tense,she closed her eyes looking down
everyone noticed the awkward tension between the two,heeseung couldn't help but think why jaeyun became so tense at the mention of his mother
well,he wasn't the one to ask,so he just stayed quite,but the thing was still bothering him
"everyone say JAKE HYUNG IS THE BEST" Ni-ki tried to cheer the mood and everyone did what he said
jaeyun smiled lightly "shup up ni-ki unless you want me to butn your tounge"
"hey,its mean" ni-ki pouted making everyone laugh
jay put more meat in jungwon's plate "eat it,you are not eating well"
jungwon sighed "i don't need your care,don't tell me what to do and mind your own business" he sipped his wine looking away
"but i care for you,and as your husband i will make sure you are healthy and safe,i promise" jay smiled at him sweetly
