“We don’t have much time.. ” It came out of my mouth after reading a part of a story. I could feel my cheeks burning hot. I swallowed hard and press the home button of my phone and place it carefully on the bedside table.
Trying to shrug it off, I found myself under the cold shower. Earlier, I said I’ll have a little leisure time.. Then here it was, I reached the rising action and I wasn’t able to finish my school works. Dang it.
It took almost half an hour to come out the bathroom. Had fun with the work of my hand, lol. I put a towel on top of my hand and a few drops of water from my wet hair is dripping on the floor. I walked into my closet and look for some clothes I haven’t worn yet. Meeting a friend, who asks for my help for his piece. Choosing what to wear, nor preparing wasn’t the problem, Tan is. He kept on running around, full of energy and barking out of his lungs. He knows I’m going out and he’s not liking it. I sighed and carried him, trying to pet him whispering sweet words for him to calm down.
“Tan, I love you baby,” a doggy-smile appeared on his face. Finally, he’s back in his normal state and behaved just like a good would be. Suddenly I remembered something, ‘such a pretty baby, quietly waiting for me to take care of him’ with that I dropped Tan and almost lost my balance. Great cheese-sus my brain is tricking me.
I didn’t waste more time and grabbed my things needed. The weather is good today, the cafe is also near my place. Walking won’t hurt my knees though, so I did. Hopefully we’ll finish earlier than evening so I can return to my tasks.
