Practice was over and everyone was getting their stuff and going home. It was a Friday so everyone was trying to leave quickly, this included Sakusa.

As Sakusa was quickly walking out the door, Atsumu called out to him running up grabbing his hand. "Wait Sakusa! Let's walk home together!"

Sakusa didn't say anything and pulled his hand away continuing out the door, he was still mad at him for what had happened earlier. "Hey what's wrong?" Atsumu asked as he was following Sakusa.

"Nothing's wrong." Sakusa kept lying saying everything was always fine, when in fact he was almost never fine.

"I can tell that you're lying Sakusa." Atsumu's voice was stern, Sakusa stopped walking surprised by the sudden tone.

"Was it because of the kiss? Did you actually not like it?" Sakusa was frozen, his back to Atsumu standing there lightheaded from breathing heavily.

Why was he feeling like this? The only other time he had felt like this was when he was diagnosed with Germophobia. Why did Atsumu make him like this?

"I never said that." He was on the verge of tears at this point, his legs wanting to give out. "Then what's wrong? I want to understand." Atsumu stepped closer concerned for Sakusa.

"I don't know how to say it for you to understand." Sakusa was scared what Atsumu might think about him.

"Whatever you say it won't make me like you any less." He reached out to Sakusa, grabbing his shoulder giving it a reassuring squeeze.

Sakusa started crying. "I don't know what I'm doing Atsumu." He could barely get the words out as he started sobbing, his mask making it difficult to speak properly.

Atsumu let go of his shoulder, going around to stand in front of him. "I've never been in a relationship before. My cousin is suspicious of me...." His crying just grew more intense as he kept trying to talk, he wasn't making any sense.

"Sakusa, it's going to be ok. I promise." Atsumu couldn't stand to see him cry like this, he wrapped his arms around him in hopes that he would calm down.

Sakusa stopped talking wrapping his arms desperately around Atsumu, his legs finally giving out, both of them falling to their knees.

After Sakusa calmed down a bit they stayed on the ground, Atsumu playing with Sakusa's dark curly hair. "Why do you like me so much Atsumu?" He asked still trying to catch his breath.

Atsumu was confused by the question "Why wouldn't I like you so much?" He backed away from Sakusa to look at his face. "You're the most perfect person I've ever met." He sincerely meant that, he didn't have to best track record with people.

"Even though you don't notice most people, you noticed me, and that made me feel seen." Atsumu went back to hugging him. "That's because you made me feel seen first."

Atsumu was the first person to ever actually acknowledge Sakusa, talking to him about what he liked/disliked. He wanted to know the real him, so Sakusa subconsciously wanted Atsumu to feel the same way.

Maybe that's why he was able to express himself like this in front of him instead of hiding his feelings, he made me feel safe with myself.

Atsumu stopped hugging him once again, looking at him with loving eyes, Sakusa doing the same. "Would it be ok if I kissed you?" Atsumu asked just to make sure he wouldn't get upset again.

"You don't have to ask every time idiot." He said pulling down his mask to give him a kiss. It wasn't too long as they were still in public, but it was worth it.

Then Sakusa remembered that they were outside, on the ground, kissing in public. "Omg, this is disturbing!" Sakusa suddenly stood up completely disgusted.

"What? What's wrong?" Atsumu was yet again confused by Sakusa's actions. "I need to get home and take a shower." He said leaving Atsumu behind.

"Hey wait for me." Atsumu started running from how far Sakusa was. "Can I come to your house?" Atsumu asked playfully.

"My mother is home." Sakusa didn't want to get caught by his mother because he never brings anyone over.
