What I ate:
- 1 blueberry smoothie
- 2 kosher dill whole pickles
- 1 can of black olives
- 1 salad
- 1 serving of venison roast
- 1 cup of celery
- 1 carrot
- 5 slices of sweet potato
- 1 Apple
- 3 strawberries

So far this cleanse is going good. I lost a few pounds and I'm on the road to recovery. I'm not just losing weight to lose weight I'm losing it to change the way I live.

I'm not saying we have to give up our favorite foods and snacks for the rest of our lives, unless we are medically required to. But going 21 days without anything on the greasier, starchier or sugary side is something that may just be the key to our health and better lifestyles.

At the end of each cleanse we will all celebrate by having a meal we haven't had in a long time.

But until then we don't need to worry about it.

Today my brother is making a delicious venison roast with sweet potato, celery, carrots and broccoli, we will also be having a side salad with no ranch or unhealthy sauces.

And trust me it smells really good.

I'm telling you we can do a million and 1 interesting things with our healthy meals.

And the blueberry smoothie I had for breakfast was especially good.

The pickles and olives however although good, I must have eaten too many because it definitely impacted my system a little bit. So I'll cut back by just 1 pickle and 4-6 olives per day.

Cut to tonight, the salad and roast was really delicious along with the sides.

After this we had an apple and strawberries for dessert.

Already I feel great but I know I need to keep at this and do a little more too.
