Chapter 3

4:50 am

My dad just left for Atlanta today and I am so sleepy because I had to drive him the airport. On my way back home my phone rang. Now who in the world will be calling me at this time.

"Hello?"

"Hey beautiful did I wake you up?" I just knew it was Brandon my his sexy voice.

"No, I just dropped my dad off at the airport. Why are you up this early anyways?"

"Because I can't go back to sleep."

"So you just call me to wake me up."

"Yeah because I can't stop thinkin' about you." I was instantly blushing. I could just imagine him asking me why i'm blushing so hard and smiling at me.

"Awe, so what are you doing?"

"Just scrolling through IG."

"I'll call you later i'm sleepy and I need to take another shower before I go to school."

"Alright bye pretty." I was blushing again.

"Bye Brandon." I hung up and pulled into the driveway.

When I got inside I went straight to the shower. As I stripped I started to think about Brandon. I got into the shower and stayed in there for 15 minutes. When I got out my doorbell rang. I put on some basketball shorts and a sports bra and left my hair down. When I opened the door it was Brandon.What did he want at 6:45 am.

"Hey Brandon why are you here so early?"

"I wanted to stay with you." I know call me crazy that I let the boy I just met yesterday in my house.

"Come to my room and we can chill." He walked in and followed me upstairs. I turned on the TV and sat on my bed. He kept staring at me and licking his lips.

"Why do you keep doing that?" I started to smile.

"Because I can't help myself."

"You can sit on the bed and we can talk about each other." He nodded in agreement and sat down.

"So whats your background ma?" he asked me as he licked his lips.

" Well, i'm a virgin, I am only friends with certain people. I don't know much about my mom. This a secret that only my best friend,Hillary, knows.. I can sing but I am a little tomboy."

"Awe, how cute. Can I hear you sing?"

"No, I don't like to sing in front of people. I'm too shy." I looked down and he lifted my chin and looked me in my eyes.

"Don't be shy around me." My phone started to ring.

"Let me answer this then i'll get back to you." I answered the phone.

Hey Hillary

' COME OPEN THE DOOR BITCH' she yelled with excitement

okay i'm coming- I jumped out my bed and ran downstairs. As soon as I opened the door there was my best friend Hillary. She dropped her bags and jumped into my arms. Brandon came down stairs and stopped when he saw Hillary.

"Oh Aaliyah, who is this handsome?" she asked doing an dance with her eyebrows.

"Hillary this is Brandon, Brandon this is Hillary." he licked his lips then waved at her. She flipped her hair and picked up her bags. Brandon walked towards me.

" Whats up with her?"

"I really don't know." I walked to her as she struggled to get her bags up the stairs.

"Why didn't you say hi to him?"

"Because he probably is just going to play you like all cute guys do and leave you like-"

"Look here, me and Brandon don't go out. And he is really nice. Also, don't bring you know who into this, okay?"

" Whatever. So where is my room?"

" Come on." I lead her to the guest room that was at the end of the hall.

" Whoa! This is big and so neat." She over exaggerates everything.

" Please it's not that big.  The closet it over there and the bathroom is through this door here. If you need anything just come to my room okay?"

" Sure, but wait before you leave, does Brandon by any chance have a single friend that is cute?"

"Oh my gosh!! Shut up and go to sleep." I playfully rolled my eyes and walked out the room. When I got back in my room Brandon was on my bed asleep. I tried to shove him to get off but he didn't move until I pinched him on his neck.

"What?" He groaned as he was waking up.

"Get off my bed." He scooted over by one inch and went back to sleep. He is such an idiot.

" Ugh. Brandon move." I whined as I flicked his forehead.
"Okay okay. Where am I supposed to go?"

"Home. Duh!" I whispered yelled.
