My alarm went off and when I woke up Brandon was still here after I told him to go home. I swear he doesn't listen to me.

I got out of my bed and went into my bathroom. I did my daily hygiene routine. As walked back in my room Brandon was waking up.

" What did I tell you to do?" I asked him.

" I didn't want to drive home sleepy." he got up out of my bed and went into my bathroom.

I went to my closet and found my light colored jeans, North Face jacket, a white t- shirt, and my Ugg boots. I laid my outfit on my bed.

Brandon walked out the bathroom with no shirt on and a towel wrapped around his waist. As the water trickled down his chest and his hair was wet and curly. He looked so sexy. He smirked at me then licked his lips.

" Nigga, how many times are you going to lick your lips? Like, do you need some Vaseline or some chapstick?" I chuckled and he looked at me with a straight face.

"Really? That shit wasn't even funny." He smiled and went back into the bathroom. He came back out with his clothes he wore to my house earlier.

" I'm going to go home and get some clothes. Then I'm coming back for breakfast with you." And with that he left the house.

I put my clothes on and check my phone. It was only 7:30. I grabbed my PINK bag and my phone with some Vaseline and my EOS lip balm. I went downstairs and got out some pancake mix and some cinnamon. I finished making the pancakes and I was now making the eggs and bacon. The doorbell rang and Hillary came downstairs. I went to go open the door and it was Brandon.

" Hey, what's her name again?"

"It's Hillary slow." I whispered yelled to him and Hillary walked towards the door.

"Hey Hillary. " He smiled and waved to her.

"Hey Bryce."

"It's Brandon" I quickly corrected her.

"I mean Brandon. " She said as she smiled and went into the kitchen. He walked into the kitchen and went to the table and sat there on his phone as usual.

"When can I get some food?" Hillary asked as she walked into the kitchen. I was getting the plates and cups for breakfast.

"When I say you can." I told her as I started to share the food. Brandon walked up behind me and pressed his body against mine and took up his plate.

"You look cute. You got some money for the mall?" He asked me as he poured out some orange juice.

"Yeah I have at least $200 dollars to spend for today." I said as I walked to the table with my food and sipped on my juice.

"Damn girl you want to give me half?" Hillary asked me as she sat down with her food.

"Uh, no. Why can't you make your own money?" I asked her.

"Because it's hard trying to find a job that I like. I hate working at the movies. It's too hot by the food stand, and my hair poofs out." She pouted.

"Well, you can work at a store or something for some money here." I said and I ate a piece of my bacon.

" Where do you work?" She asked me.

" No where right now I'm still looking for a job."

"What kind of job are you looking for?" Brandon asked me.

" I'm more into make-up and hair but, also modeling. " I told him and he started to smirk. I got up and place my plate in the sink. " Hill, can you wash the dishes since you will be here all day?" I asked her as I picked up my bag.
" Sure." Brandon placed his plate in the sink and grabbed his car keys.

"Okay, bye Hillary. " I said as I walked out the house with Brandon behind me.

At school-

" So Brandon, what friend do you have for Hillary?" I asked as we walked to art.

" My friend named Derrick." This tall dark skinned boy came walking towards Brandon with this girl.

"Wassup Brandon. Who is this?" His friend asked referring to me.

" Derrick this is Aaliyah."
"Hey, this is my twin sister Tanya." She waved at me she was really pretty. I would hear some people talk about a girl named Tanya. They would say that she is pretty for a dark skinned girl and that she needs to stop wearing weave and those acrylic nails.

Some people just don't understand the true beauty of black women. People think that all dark skin girls where weave and shit like that. But, what they don't see is that black girls can do something other people can't.

We can rock the hell out of all types of braids, we rock Afros, we made the definition of true beauty. When they say light skins are winning, I say that black girls are winning and will always win and if you don't believe me. Just look deep down into a black girl and notice that we have something other people don't.

"Let's go to art so that dumb ass teacher doesn't yell at us again. " Brandon said as I waved to Tanya she waved back and walked off.

"So what were you thinking about when we were with Derrick and Tanya?"

"Nothing really." I said as we walked into the classroom and sat with that group of people again.
