Dragon Hunters were trapping dragons in cages and bringing them back to Viggo's operations. That was until you and the dragon riders, along with your girlfriends, went to free the dragons from the cages. Then you, in Night Fury form, along with Hiccup, Toothless, and Twilight, destroyed the ship.

Back at Viggo's Tent, Viggo was looking at a map and it showed some of the sectors lost.

That's when Ryker appeared.
Viggo: Don't just stand there gawking. Come in, brother.
Ryker: News from our partners in the east. Hiccup, (Y/N), and his Riders have disrupted operations, again.
Viggo: How much of a disruption?
Ryker gives an uncomfortable look as Viggo clenches his fist in anger breaking the writing utensil in his hand.
Viggo: These attacks are becoming bad for business.
Ryker comes closer to Viggo.
Ryker: They won't stop until every dragon we capture is freed and our operations are no more.
Viggo then grabs another red pen and crosses off one of his sections on the map.
Ryker: Their resistance is growing, Viggo.
Viggo: Well, then, Ryker, maybe we need to change the methods of how we deal with resistance.
He then pulls out a different map.
Viggo: Perhaps it's time we capture a dragon that not even Hiccup Haddock and (Y/N) can free...
The map then shows a tidal class symbol.
