RTTE Chapter 9: Family on the Edge

Hiccup: And go! 

You, Hiccup, and The Dragon Riders were flying over the ocean. You were all holding some bottles filled with Monstrous Nightmare Gel. You then approached some targets.

Hiccup: Three, two, one! 

You then dropped the bottles and lit them on fire hitting the target boats. Hiccup does the same thing as Toothless fires hitting the bottles. Astrid also makes her target, but the twins and Snotlout miss theirs. You then land along with Hiccup. The time on the sun clock was not good. Then the Twins appeared.

(Y/N): Slow and inaccurate. That's, uh, quite a combo.

Tuffnut: It was also our parents' nicknames for us! My nickname was "Slow", which I thought was inaccurate.

You facepalm at this.

Hiccup: Viggo doesn't know we found his shipyard yet. We'll only have one chance at knocking out his fleet. We have to get it right.

(Y/N): Don't worry, we'll get it right.

Hiccup and Toothless were heading back to their hut. He yawns.

Hiccup: Come on, bud. Let's get some shut-eye before dinner.

Hiccup then opens the door... only to reveal that Dagur is there holding his flaming sword.

Dagur: This is cool!

Hiccup screams in surprise. Dagur turns to see him.

Dagur: Brother! Wait, where are you going? It's me! Where's my hug? 

Hiccup backs away since Dagur was holding onto the flaming sword.

Dagur: Oh. Sorry. Uh, How do you turn this thing off?

Dagur was struggling to turn it off. Hiccup then closes the door and takes the sword from Dagur.

Hiccup: Give me that.

Dagur: I see you've been keeping busy. 

Toothless grunts and then snarls at him.

Dagur: Hey, come on, Toothless! Where's the love, man?

Toothless then goes over to Hiccup and blows his sword out. Hiccup puts it down and looks at Dagur in annoyance.

Hiccup: What the Thor are you doing here?

Dagur: Heather! I haven't seen a trace of her. It's so... frustrating!

Hiccup: Yeah, I'll bet.

Toothless growls.

Dagur: I gotta have a dragon!

Hiccup: What?

Dagur: To find Heather, I need to cover more ground faster! Dragony fast!

Hiccup: Yeah, I-I don't think so-

Dagur: Hiccup! You and Toothless owe me. I saved your lives!

Hiccup: You also tried to kill us.

Dagur: Did I ... really?! I think maybe in here, I never really wanted to!

Hiccup: Oh gods. 

Hiccup then walks away and then turns back to Dagur.

Hiccup: I-I can't train you to ride a dragon.

Dagur: Why not?

Hiccup: I don't have the time.

Dagur: Oh. You're too busy. I get it. Sorry. Get I'll be going. (starts to walk) First maybe I'll, you know, take a stroll around the base. See a few old friends. Make a few apologies.
